The bank services are good and systematic. The customer helpline is useless, the options that the IVR gives dont work and you can never get anything done via the customer care.The website is not user friendly, OTP sent from the website takes forever to reach you.
I receive tored 500 note from PNB ATM PASHAN.I went to pashan branch they are saying that we are not resposible for that. now where i have to exchange this note
Worst service, the employees never give value to the customer satisfaction. very very disappointed, they took almost 15 days just to open my salary account.
The bank is really very nice and the staff is also good but when it comes to convince and slow it has breaked the record of SBI also I can understand that divyangjan should get the special preference but when you are waiting for last 40 minutes just to rectify a simple problem it becomes too difficult and you are standing in line and giving value time the bank should increase the staff as soon as possible and should have different counter for divyangjan and for others specially for counter no 16
A good services provided by the nationalize bank. They also have NRI Bank account facilities in this branch. It also facilitate International fund transfer from this branch, specially if you want to pay college fee of your son/daughter studying abroad.
