Visited this place after reading reviews on google....though there were 2-3 negative ones...decided to check it out myself....but was pleasantly surprised....there are always 2 sides to a coin...m sure people complaining will never put forth what really went wrong....all in all a very good place with humble staff and proper guidance unlike many other stores around town....❤️

Unfortunately 1 is the minimum...Zero would be the option...If your comfortable with some one showing you the attitude you would get each and everything served here with attitude...There are many more shops offering better and rather reasonable services(almost 30-40% lesser than this shop)... If any one requires can mention the same.Thanks...

Very rude owner! Not accomodating at all! If something incorrect has been bought, they vehemently refuse to exchange to something useful, neither do they refund.A complete waste of time, energy and a very disturbing experience.She will recommend cash sales to evade tax!

Review after 2 to 3 years of being a customer. Its a decent place for Bakery supplies however the owner would prefer cash mostly and will give thousand reasons for asking customers to only pay by cash and if you insist then they would allow Wallets or Card Payments. They asked me to walk to a ATM and get cash. Least bothered of customer satisfaction. If there is a issue with a product there is no after sales service for defects etc. Thats poor isnt it.

Highly disappointed with the services , today I visited this place to get some stuff while entering in the door the person directly asked me to go out as the shop is closed as per him, however other peoples were shopping inside the shop It was very insulting for me cause I was already entered in the shop still I politely said I just require 2-3 thing which will take only 5mins but the response from the person was very unprofessional he asked me go out and come tomorrow I m sorry to say but that person don’t have manners to speak with the customers I visited this place as some one have introduced me this place to find all things in one place so I travelled almost 17-18km but it was completely worthless( it’s not that I haven’t got stuff from the place so I’m saying worthless it is all because of the treatment what I have got from the shop person) request to owner that plzzzz educate ur people how to talk with the customers n how to treat the customers or if it’s the owner who have interacted with me (cause I don’t know who was person) u need to work very hard on the above things. They have everything youll ever need, for beginners or advanced, all ingredients, oil based essences, cute small moulds, fondant equipments, cream cheese... Everything is available here. Also they are very helpful and kind.

Even one rating is high for this lady, her ratings should be in minus. Zero manners to talk and literally said all other cake makers are nonsense. Extremely rude behaviour. I DISCOURAGE ANY ONE TALKING TO HER.

Visited both the branches - bootee street and viman Nagar.The owners and the staff at both the branches are extremely soft spoken, courteous and have amazing customer relations skills.The stores stock all the materials anyone would need for baking.I love the various moulds they have for baking chocolates. The innumerable materials available for decorating cakes and muffins were a delight.I think I could spend an entire day shopping at this place.

A one stop shop for all my baking requirements. The staff is ever obliging and I can always rely on them for my last minute shopping of anything from cake accessories to other baking ingredients. The best part is the shop is organised very well so that we dont miss the variety that is available for a cake designer to choose from.
