Not all medicines available and the people on the counter are slow and busy in their own world.

Single man working a lot. Keeps customers waiting in the queue and does not follow first come first system at all. Most of the time there is no stock available. But he charges amount for it and places the order for which delivery is promised but the date and time is unknown of delivery. He is not capable of manging everything alone. Less manpower in the store which increases wait time for all the customers everytime you visit. Highly not recommended

Staff is useless , wastes too much time always has a queue, 90% of time does not have medicines in stock.

Even with just 2 other customers in the shop, it takes them 20 minutes to hear what you want and then another 10 to find the meds, bad !!

Offers discount to regular customers by entering mobile number. However many medicines are not available at times. You can pay via paytm for additional cashback
