We had come to the salon for a gel nail paint application. The concerned professional did not file the nails properly, used a dry paint despite us telling that the application did not look good, and used UV cure post application. Upon realizing the mistake, the professional started scarping off the Uv cured nail paint which caused further distress and pain. The nails are dry and rough because of this.Highly dissatisfied with the service and lack of awareness. The product quality was poor and the professional continued to use it despite being aware of it.The pictures below display how the nail paint application was poorly done.

It was an amazing day out here. Pragati has done wonders to the face and Pradeep has been able to tame my hair quite well. Definitely recommended.

I got a facial and hair spa done for which the appointment was already booked. So everything was done on time. Megha and Pradeep were quite professional and were good at their job. Sure recommend.

I visited them last sunday that was (5th september 2021) and i took an appointment on a prior basis but yes due to some reasons i got late but they were so sweet to adjust there time as per my availability . Thank you for that ! I met Pradeep bhaiya there and he asked me how i wanted my haircut to be , he made sure i am satisfied at the end with my haircut ! The quality of service forMoney is not satisfactory. Pragati did clean up for me in just 5 minute and applied mask. Totally unsatisfactory and she has hurriedly winded up the thing without any quality . 30 seconds cleansing , 1 mints scrub , steam and over . She is gd in speaking but need training. The experience with MEGHA was really gd . But with pragati , it’s totally unhappy scene .

The salon was understaffed with just 2 people working, 1 hairstylist and 1 beautician. While my one eyebrow was done a girl walked in saying she is pretty late. The receptionist decided to cater to her waxing with my 1 eyebrow still incomplete and I was left sitting on the chair. Also, A day before my appointment I was informed of the price as 900 for haircut which changed to 975 while billing ( without gst) because I was informed old price 1 day ago. The service was fine but management and pricing is bad!

Horrible experience..recent change of staff has led to getting an incompetent professional who cannot manage her temper and has absolute no knowledge of customer service. New staff replies that they do not know or remember about their old customers and surprisingly they do not maintain any customer database.

A big thanks to Preeti Saluj for accommodating all my needs and making sure everything was done perfectly. I used their makeup, hairstyle and saree draping services. Miss Jyoti Bhosale was assigned to me and she did a fantastic job. She made me feel really comfortable. Flawless makeup. The eye makeup she did was remarkable. Loved it. Saree draping could have been better but wasn’t concerning at all.Would highly recommend Lakmé salon to anyone.
