The quality of the products is really bad. They call themselves experts and when it’s comes to service, they are really not bothered. I had picked a watch from this place which was RADO. They call themselves an official partner for RADO however they don’t care to provide quality on product as well as service. The watch glass was out in a year and watch stopped working in 2 years and they asked us to pay 10k just to get the batteries replaced. Which on doing so again stopped working in a month . We finally had to get it fixed from a local store. This place is not reliable.Explore options before you try this place. Not recommended at all

Pathetic. Gave cuccku clock for repair, the technician couldnt understand the problem yet assured that work will be carried out to my satisfaction. Messed up the delicate clock. Charged hefty 1100 for spoiling my clock and spent like amount on transport to buy dissatisfaction. Pathetic experience

Service center has some of the most rude people. This place has some of oldest ways of working, they are authorised service center for casio but do not accept warranty certificate provided by Casio themselves. They are a joke in todays time.

I bought Seiko watch costing priced Rs.19500/- without any discounts. They told me that its a new batch after GST was implemented. However, when I checked the packaging box after reaching home, the manufacturing date was Dec 2016. GST was implemented in July 2017. I checked only MRP for the same model which was 17900/-.They broke my trust.
