Pathetic service care. Asked them a basic question about a phone number of a store in Pune and to it the agent said, sorry we cant provide you the number. Seriously 😂? Then what sort of customer care is it....

These guys will just sell you the products and service is totally usless and careless. The lady on calls tells you I don’t now when service guy will be available. I called many times for service as my product is in warranty but this guys are careless for after sales. Never buy from this stores. Better go for another local company.I am architect and this service is just usless.

Had excellent experience there. Mr. Lakhan explained about all the products with demo quite well. Their rates are better than online shopping websites. I would definitely recommend.

The worst store experience. Troubling since the day I bought the product worth 60k. The store owner is never cooperating and just keep giving false commitment. Rarely takes calls. I left only with consumer court against owner for making false committment and giving me faulty products which was in fault from day one. Beware of this shop. I need replacement for both the products. #elica

No doubt Elica has Good quality Stoves and Chimneys..... but in this studio Stoves were way costlier than what you get same online.

Best place to checkout various hobs and Chimneys. They give excellent demos for hobs by actually connecting the gas cylinder and lighting them up for you.Coming over to purchase experience, they tried to dupe me by delivering a repaired chimney model which was no more in production. When dealer was confronted in a lengthy discussion, he agreed to his misdeed.He replaced the Chimney with latest model but then he started asking me to pay extra (which I refused to) even though the MRP of new model was lesser by 2k.Overall good place for Elica product selection, but wont recommend to buy from here. You can make actual purchase from other outlets in pune.

Products are good but very bad services!!We got faulty 4 gas burner and it was brand new, they refused to change and kept suggesting to repair it through company!I will say dont bother to do any deal before you visit some other agencies!

Really bad Elica products are the worst in the world. The camp elica showroom is good for nothing. They are not at all cooperative. Elica service is really bad.Never go for these products go for Faber. Elica just charts you by selling disgraceful products

I bought chimney and stove top from there but my experience was worst with the stove top its flames are very low after a few days. with in few months I needed servicing and that to very frequently. Now its a stove top so obviously milk n tea are gonna spill and even if it spills once the burners is ruined and now its just been a year and the servicing guy is telling to change all the 3 burners and each burner is for 3 thousand. Which the salesman never informed us while buying the product the u need to replace n approximately 7- 8 thousand will be the cost and I havent put them in water that they are melting my stovetop is for 13 thousand and they just fool u with their big name. I regret buying it. Before buying elica products plz be very conscious.

Nice Display for Kitchen Appliances And Modular kitchen

Please refrain from buying any chimneys from Elica (specifically from the Elica studio in Camp, Pune). The tempered glass on the top of chimney exploded when stove was in use. Neither the company nor showroom people are willing to take the responsibility. Avoid Elica products for the safety of your family!

Lots of Chimney and Gas Stoves options available here. Staff is very much supportive and helpful.
