A small well stocked store with a lot of imported goods groceries and food grains. Helpful.and polite staff. One problem no parking as street is narrow and crowded.

Been buying groceries here for the last 30 years. You can get authentic stuff that you would not get elsewhere in pune like amritsar wadi and papad, Rajasthani mangodi etc. got from the original places they are made.If Manishbhai does not have it, he will try to get it for you. Super helpful. Does home delivery too.

Chandan is such a place that you get almost all stuff from our daily needs plus all kitchenware, appliances & many more useful items that we need regularly. Its a One Stop Shop. I know this shop right from 1993 and its has changed as per times and still developing as per the changing time. Would like to compliment the Owners for keeping themselves UP TO DATE & UP TO THE MARK

Awesome place for the foodies who love to cook. A variety of variants for each and every product is available here. With food imports from other country it makes things easy to cook and eat.

Ever since senior both brothers are no more the next generation is very rude and pushy they dont respect or entertain new customers. Or if the things you buy quantity or pieces in volume/no are less they are harsh in offering the service. One feels regretted to visit. Would not recommend others even if they have huge inventory of products under one roof.

Need to improve in customer assistance..it need to be polite and friendly...have noted very rude and unhelpful staff behave..

Very popular store for a long time. Tulsibaug type store where you can see a variety of household products. Old world charm of haggling fifth price and interacting with owners is still there which sadly malls do not have

So had been to this shop to get a refill on my Mr Butler soda maker cylinders, unfortunately these cylinders are only available in Pune from this store! I felt that the people in the shop are quite approachable and very customer centric! This store for sure is a all in one, you get almost everything from here from your day to day groceries too novelties!

If I could rate this store a negative 5, I would. Heres the problem. This is a classic example of a store which has been standing for decades and the spoilt brat got it; has no manners to talk to customers (as is true for their employees who really dont care) but heres the kicker; these guys are absolutely dishonest.I have been looking for what we call steel cut oats. Perhaps these are called something else in India. I call the store to see if he has them and he said yes. I get there and the packet they give me says steel cut oats but the actual content is NOT steel cut but rather old fashioned.a. I tried telling the fat ignorant owner that I want steel cut oats. They take 30 to 45 minutes to cook. These are NOT steel cut but actually are old fashioned oats.b. He says no, they take 40 minutes to cook.c. I point out to him that the packaging says it takes 6 to 8 minutes.d. He then says I will get them on Tuesday.What a crook you idiot. You really think you can get away doing this crookery in this age of information?
