Its a good place to test and buy but affected by poor after sales. Had contacted them long back regarding my broken headphone wire. Took a week to just get a reply stating that its not warranty covered. And even more to get a price quote. Finally had to drop it.Recently contacted them again regarding the same. The person asked me to whatsapp the problem. Its been three days since I sent the message asking for a quote and a place to purchase, and have yet to receive a reply. Have heard similar things from few people who have purchased from here.

The most useless store!You literally cannot get anything else forThings that are used or which no one else wants to buy! It’s like a warehouse of unused electronics!Also, their service at delivering products is the worst!Onto of that, if you give them something to repair, they will gladly accept it, and tell you wait for 2 weeks. 1 week later you call them and ask them weather you item has been sent to repair or what is the situation. They usually give an excuse as to how the item is still in their warehouse and the repair guy hasn’t come yet! Trust me this has happened to me minimum of 3 times! Now I do not bother to go there any more!

You can have a demo of speaker or headphones and it would be easier to decide which one to buy moreover I was really happy with service and information given to me which made it easier for me to buy my headphones.

I had given my playstation 4 for repairs the problem was sometime a game used to not work , after various calls and too many visits to there shop they gave me my playstion after a month in a dead condition, when I asked for explation, they told me its not our mistake, we tried to repair it, it got dead, what can we do, very bad experience
