Dear All,Trekking Lovers, Travellers, knowledge lovers, Health and Nature Lovers,Devkund Falls is a waterfall located near Bhira, in Raigad district, India. It is a plunge waterfall pouring massive amounts of water on the rocky surface underneath. It is a popular spot for one day picnicsDevkund Waterfall is located in Bhira Patnus and since it went viral on social media, it has become extremely crowded and dangerous place. Several lives have been lost while amateurs try to visit this place on their own. It is the confluence of three waterfalls and is said to be the origin of Kundalika River. It is about a three-hour trek from base village along the dam backwater and through forest to reach this place known as ‘Devkund’. A major part of the trek goes through some semi-dried forests with the river running parallel and sometimes crisscrossing through the route. A guide is required to be taken during the trek as there is dense forest around. But believe me once you will see the Kund and the waterfall you will forget all the worries. The Adventure lovers also do the water rappelling from the waterfall. It is owesome and one of its kind to be seen in very few special places like this.During my visit to the water falls and the temple I have clicked lot of photographs. I am putting them along with this review so that you can get a better idea of the place. Also, the place is so beutiful you will be tempted to pack your bags and visit the waterfalls for the natural love. Please press LIKE button to my review.Thank you so much for your precious time.-Urmi
I had my best time at this place. People are very good and helpful.
Very nice place and very good managed by villagers. Nice arrangement of food and trekking by Pankaj.
Best service and must visit place... Everything is well organised...From food to guiding towards devkund waterfall...🔥🔥🔥
This was my first trekking Service is good, best food n nice experience.
Beautiful Place. Avoid going in the rains. It takes almost 2 1/2 hrs to complete the trek with breaks from base village to waterfall with a 20 mins uphill walk. Rest of the trek is simple in other seasons apart from rain. Pool is deep after a certain point hence a rope tied as a boundary. Dont cross it as fatal accident have taken place here in past. Water is very cold but taking a dip in the shallow side is what makes it more fun. Local guides are available, speak to Shelar mama for assistance from the base village.

Yes
Place is good but the people committee from 5 villages are charging illegally money from the tourist.₹ 100 from per personOn an average daily 1000+ tourist visit this place..Means they are looting us daily above 1 Lakh rupees. When I asked for the receipt of the payment done from us. They denied to give it.Even they dont have any authority to charge momey from us. (Devkund is natural place based in Jungle)If forest department doesnt have any problem, then why do you have? And taking charge illegally. Can somebody raise a complaint against them? Police or Forest DepartmentI could not at that time, because I live very long from Devkund and hence left that place in hurry.Save yourself
There is a waterfall called Devkund in Mangaon taluka of Raigad district. To the south of the taluka is a gram panchayat called Patnus. There is a village called Bhira within the limits of Patnus Gram Panchayat. After reaching this Bhira village, after trekking for about one and a half to two hours, you can reach Devkund waterfall. For this, you have to walk about 8 kilometers. How to reach Devkund Falls from Pune city? About 70 km from Chandni Chowk. I am in the distance. Chandni Chowk - Pirangut - Paud - Male - Mulshi - Chachwali - Warak - Nive Sarole - After landing at Tamhini Ghat area, MIDC named Vile Bhagad. Comes to the premises. Bhira village can be reached after going about 9 km from Vile Bhagad to Pali road. The trek starts after reaching Bhira village, parking of vehicles has been arranged on behalf of the villagers.
There is a very heavy waterfall. 1 time to visit. It was a lot of fun
Devkudam waterfall is very beautiful. We like it. We have a lot of fun doing Teking. The atmosphere is cool.
