🤬🤬🤬No proper service...third class staff. Billing system is fraud..kindly check the bill before paying . When asked for explanation of the bill the staff and the management dont respond instead start to argue.The food served was also not good (rotten vegetables).. the food was not also cooked properly . One of my friends is suffering from food positioning due to this incident. If you want to spoil your day and stomach I would recommend this place.

I am a self proclaimed fan of Marrakesh Aundh outlet. Everything is just tasty and yummy with blast of awesome flavours. Given that fantastic experience I decided to try the Kalyani Nagar outlet. But to my surprise this outlet really made me disappointed and stunned that same name and brand, but totally different food in terms of taste to offer. Wouldnt recommend the Kalyani Nagar outlet. But yes if you happen to be around Aundh, then certainly try it out, you will know the difference if you have been at the both of them.

I recently ordered from this outlet as I had heard rave reviews about their food. I got my food delivered well in time, however I wasnt impressed with the packaging. It definitely needs some improvement.I had ordered an Open Face Falafel, a Tandoori Potato Shawarma and a Subzi Dum Biryani.Open Face Falafel was served with Pita Bread and Hummus. The Falafel crushed with different Lebanese sauces and Veggies was an amazing preparation! The quantity was decent and absolutely filling.Tandoori Potato Shawarma was nice as well. The Tandoori aroma made me crave for it, but taste could have been spicier. It was more on bland side. The Pita and Hummus with Tahini sauce made for a nice complement, but the base stuffing didnt have a flavor of its own.Subzi Dum Biryani was one of the best ones I had in Pune. The blend of spices with different veggies and Paneer was so near perfect that I absolutely loved it. It was neither extremely spicy nor on a sweater side like Lucknow Awadhi Biryani. The taste was subtle and totally worth savoring.Very Good experience overall! Gotta order again.

Place is good usually crowded wish they has a bathroom for handwash . The shawarma is my fav here I alwys try it . Price is reasonable . Tandoor is also fine . Waitors must b more active I had to wait alot for my order (for taste is good but for sitting its not that comfy as the chair r too stiff and its open besides street so pollution 😷)

Marrakesh is a great hangout point for having food and meeting up with friends. The seating arrangement is not in plenty but you can always get a parcel too.They have great offerings at decent price. Favourites are the lip smacking and filling shawarmas. You can go for any item on the card and expect good taste.Only issues I have found here are sometimes a lack of service and the attitude of the people on the counter. The place seemed pretty unhygienic after Covid. There is only outdoor seating now and the chairs, tables have dust on them. The floor is dirty and there are too many flies around to let you eat in peace. The food is still good though.

After scanning the entire menu, I asked the guy himself what stuff I can get quickly coz I am really very hungry. He suggested me to have butter chicken roll. And I must admit that guy simply made my day. Few weeks later I also tried Dajaj Chicken Shawarma. It was delicious. This specific branch of marrakesh is better than the one at FC road.

This place does not disappoint me. Great open faced falafel and shawarmas. Only thing I didnt like is their garlic open faced falafel which their server mentioned its also their bestseller. Taste of rest of their dishes is good. Need to maitain hygiene which is not upto the mark.

Location of the restaurant is nice and open area sitting available also they have upper area sitting which feel small but comfortable.Shawarma is been popular recently in India so is in this place.Other than that they have good rolls and wraps also starters are good. Have not tried main course.Youll see tandoori and shawarma been prepared outside which is quite good looking and smells even better.A new Marrakesh outlet is also open in Dhanori and one in FC road is quite popular and crowded.

One of my favorite places to go. Peshawari chicken is so good. Also butter chicken is pretty good. I think its the best Marrakesh outlet of the rest in whole of Pune. I keep on coming back here again and again for a happy stomach full meal and have never been disappointed so far. The ambiance isnt great its the food that is the hero here. Great place. We went today to get Shwaramas parcelled and noticed the following things:The guy was wearing his mask on his chin and not wearing gloves. With same hands he was answering calls and adjusting his mask. When told to wear gloves he started arguing and abusing in marathi and the guy taking order dint do anything about it too. I have been going to Marrakesh all my life but never was someone so rude and this unhygienic. Knowing the current situation this is not how food should be handled. I am not going back there and will share my experience not only online but everyone I know. Pathetic take away service!!! I gave my parcel away to strays.

I was here at 3:30pm and the kitchen closes at 3pm. So we had one option for food and that was Chicken Shawarma! Believe me it was yum! The ambience is good its mostly an outdoor seating. The place has veg and non veg options available. Service is good helpful and cooperative people.Quality and Quantity is good. Parking is street parking. All of it in consideration. Do visit.

When you charge ₹363 for a full Chicken Tandoori, ensure you provide full Chicken Tandoori. Ordered Full Chicken Tandoori from here. What I received was 7-8 small Chicken pieces with a portion removed from each piece. It was like bones with few pieces of chicken attached to it. This is not the first time Marrakesh has disappointed. Will avoid Marrakesh in future. Hope they take more interest in serving their customers with quality and justifiable quantity rather than just opening new branches.

Possibly one of the best branches of the Marrakesh chain in the city! Ive visited 2 other branches and I can definitely say that food here tasted better.I would give 5 stars for the taste and aroma of the food, but 1 star less for the parking trouble and lack of management skills by the staff during rush hours.Best way, plan a visit during lunch hours. If youre going for dinner that too during weekends, be there in the early hours. If not, better consider some other place, rather than ending up frustrated. Even parcel service during rush hours take around an hour and consistent follow-ups.
