Visit to the Golden cafe is really a trip down the memory lane for me. During my college days we used to visit here regularly to try out different shakes and cold beverages.Recently visited after a long time, the ambience is really awesome with cozy chairs, cool decor and an upper deck too for extra seating.Using premium ingredients and not compromising on quality has been their focus. Thats why the taste and quality is still the same over the years.Regarding the food, it was really good.Mushroom cheese grilled sandwich - A creamy, cheesy mushroom stuffing inside and perfectly grilled on the outside. My personal favorite here.Veg Mexican burger - A properly made burger with tasty sauces and veggies along with the patty. Served with a side of fries.Golden Delight - This huge glass filled with chilled, thick, chocolaty liquid. Topped off with a swirl of whipped cream. Truly amazing.Apart from this the Sinful Coffee and the season special strawberry sundae were also good.I would highly recommend you to visit this place once.

Sandwiches are good but can be better at this price point. Coffee is great. Very good staff, ambiance is nice but the sofa chairs need cleaning though.

Pretty good café located on the Spine City Mall, talking about the place it is dark as there is no direct source of sunlight but ambience was furnished too good. They have an upper deck sitting area along with lower deck attached to the kitchen and chairs.Now coming to what we had,Tangy Curaçao, the refreshing mocktail with pineapple juice with blue curacao syrup slight overpowering sweetness but good.Sinful Coffee and Golden Delight is there signature beverages and both are on the mark. Sinful Coffee topped with sweet whipped cream along with balance bitterness from the coffee.From there other menu, exotic Coffee tinis were totally awesome and must have here. Almond Coffee Gola was totally awesome, thick Coffee with touch of almond powder along with vanilla ice cream.From the dishes, tried there veg mexican burgers which was really amazing the sesame buns with crisp and moist patty were amazing. Highly recommend for this.From the dessert, Strawberry Sundae which I say not to miss this here as the season special.Overall this place seems to be good but need to pay some attention towards marketing and some advertisements on the main road as it is not easily accessible.Happy Eating!

Review 2:Dont go to this place. After having sizzling brownie here, we suffered sour throat, bad quality of old ice cream served. Even the taste was giving same feel.This review is after visiting this place, earlier review was put up randomly. This time we went there only to order sizzling brownie and cold coffee. But it was a total let down.Seating was so unclean, sofa are full on stains. Service is below average, service boys were hardly concerned who came to shop and for what. Rates are too exorbitant as I had guessed it from earlier visit only to have a casual look at menu card, but this time we went ahead ordering to see what we get for those rates.And we felt like, we got fooled. Sizzling brownie was Rs. 185 + taxes =195. What we got is a small vanilla ice cream scoop may be worth 10Rs and a smaller brownie piece for sure not worth more than 20Rs. Chocolate sauce and microwave hearing of sizzle plate add up other 20Rs. Thats it... Hardly 50Rs worth they are pricing at 200/-. Total waste of money.Only good point to mention is lighting, odour thats it. Even the online payment doesnt work with credit card.Also noticed, in my first causal visit the child coffee was priced 80/90, now they have increased it to 120+taxes, absolutely ridiculous.Review 1: I only saw this place from outside and didnt really pay a visit to it.From outside, it looks ok place and from menu card I found it a bit costly as in from the menu card kept on those tables placed outside. It read cold coffee around 80-90Rs you can get it for 30-50Rs on another Cafe just right there on next door. This one may be is trying to pose like a cozy place to charge so high but doesnt look like one from outside

This is my favorite place in spine city...there are 2-3 more cafes like pink Cafe and cafe creme but golden cafe is different than others ...actually Ambience more like others too cafes in Pune.... innovative thinking while making this cafe..two floor cafe which have awesome sitting position at down with couch and relaxing sofas...and on upper floor have wonderful round chairs with innovative posters of love.....coffee is awesome ...yes there will be comparison ...I used to be here for Americano....or classic chicken burger....others product quality need to be increased but all in all its good place for calm and silence.... definitely go for it.

Cool place in spine city to eat

I and my wife visited this cafe last week.After the order was given and paid for, the power went off and they could only manage to serve the sundae (which was awesome, by the way, and at half price of what is sold at CCD).They offered to redeem the remaining order at any later date when we visit them, making a note of the same on the bill. All of this was done while the young lady at the counter profusely apologized for the inconvenience, as their backup power was under repair.I visited the Golden Cafe today while on my way to office and redeemed my pending order.The chicken sub was beyond my expectations and the cappuccino was just as amazing, with the perfect blend of coffee and milk and heated to the right amount. Full marks to the staff for such good service! Please continue to maintain this benchmark.The only downside is that the mobile network goes completely blank in that area, while it works just fine in the rest of the Spine City Mall.

Too must costly...card/online payment never works... I paid by card, amount got debited from my account but manager denied about the payment as they didnt have network for swipe machine to confirm..they asked me to pay by cash and wait for refund..no refund received as bank confirmed about successful transaction..ended up paying Rs.682 for two coffee.
