Ordered a chair from them. Their service is slow. They dont provide reliable updates to order statuses. They give generic answers to questions about delivery. Apparently they dont have details about whats in their godown. Very disappointed at their service.EDIT: The clowns were so incompetent they delivered the wrong chair and then came to take it back. Utterly incompetent buffoons.

Good shop with lots of varieties of office chairs. Confirm location of the shop before visiting. I think Google map shows different/old location.

Good staff and chair are good it will take 3-4 day to adjust with chiar. Chiar in show room is confirtable than newly buyed one

Very poor service, its been 17 days since i bought an office chair and Ive paid for the same as well, yet there hasnt been any sign of a delivery till now. I was told that the item would be delivered in a week or so, but clearly that isnt the case. The owner is super irresponsible and doesnt pick up phone calls or follows up with compliants, total waste of time i would highly recommend not to buy any product from this store.

I went to get an office chair. They have options, and youll get what you need. The staff is friendly. The delivery and installation happens at your place. So you have to just pick your choice of chair and rest.

Quality collection of office and work furniture. This is an extension of their main branch in Pune. I bought office furniture for personal use. Timely delivery and installation was done. But after about four months of usage, chair is causing back pain. I complained to owner, but yet to get a response.

Paid online after they confirmed for Liberate MB chair. After few days they called saying it cant be delivered and sent another basic one.Following up since more than one month now,they dont bother to update even after making full payment.
