On my home searching journey, I visited Belmac. It is an excellent place to stay, very well maintained and managed. I saw furnished and unfurnished sample flats and they look elegant and spacious. I really loved the garden view from their balcony.Overall, it is a premium project with good amenities, totally worth it!

Good project to reside with family, they have all the facilities and wonderful amenities like pool, childrens play area and much more . Their sample flat is just wow.

This builder has offered great structure and amazing flats. Many flats are already occupied. The pre sales team gave a good service when I visited the site. Buildings are well ventilated. I was pleased to see so much open space in the society.

Beautiful flats ..still under construction of few towers... Inside society interior design and ideas are good but that place is like so many tiny twists and turns we have to take to reach there unlike Kharadi roads.

I visited this Project and found that Belmac Residences is one of the Royal Project in Wadgaonsheri i.e. next to Viman nagar.I have never seen a project with such maintainance and unique signages that makes the project and the towers soo unique and adorable.Even the look and view of the project is very good and mind relaxing.If i chose to stay in Viman Nagar then this is the right place to live a peacefull and blessed lyf.

Good place to live in comfortably

The sample flat is very presentable and gives a good idea about the construction quality and flats. Location is convenient and society is huge and well maintained. I talked to the occupants and checked every aspect personally and purchased a house in tower D. They are taking precautions and keeping the society clean. Temperature is checked and properly sanitized at the entrance.

Been staying here without amenities for about 2 years! Maintenance charge of 8k + Gst per month for literally nothing in amenities. A football court that’s it. Builder does arm twisting, Hasn’t given any records on corpus as yet, no audited reports on expenses for 2 years. The list goes on. Highly unprofessional! Do not recommend at all.

Cheap staff for an Overpriced Society in a cheap location like Wadgaonsheri.... and falsely promoted as Kalyani Nagar

Booked a flat here last month. The process was very well coordinated and smooth. The staff was very helpful in completing the formalities. Flats are spacious and with ample ventilation.Highly Recommended.

Disinfectant tunnel was not functioning properly for a couple of days. After raising an issue with their team they were cooperative and quickly managed to resolve the technical issue. It seems the builder is genuinely trying to provide best services but there were some glitches due to the lockdown.

Very rude & unprofessional salesman named Bhavesh Karachiwala. Comes from old school of sales - create artificial premium with no underlying substance. Complained to Vidip Jatia, the developer about rude behaviour of Bhavesh but he couldnt care less. If this is the behaviour right at the top at the time of sales then one can imagine the behaviour once time comes for providing services.

Booked a flat recently. It fits all the requirements I had in mind. Construction quality is good and society is well maintained. Faced couple of glitches in the process but their team helped us with the rules and regulations.

Very poor construction quality of flats. No proper plastering is done. Flooring not fixed properly in flats. Sheddy place to live without any amenities. Construction workers roaming around the society without cloths. Garbage lying next to the play area a big hygiene issue. Leakage in flats during rainy seasons. No mosquito net what promised. No power backpack in flats. No clubhouse. No proper entrance gate. Not secure at all, poor security. Builders tell they will provide JLL for maintaining society, but they are doing inhouse and charging huge maintenance. Dont fall in the trap by reading paid 5-star comments by there sales agent.

Had went for a site visit, but they said they want prior appointment for a site visit. So had called the number provided for appointment .The person on other side was not audible properly. So had requested to just see the sample flat as i had come from long distance but they declined.

The response after occupation is something of real concern. The accounts, transactions are not transparent. Main issue is there is hardly anyone to talk to. One has to just suffer without getting a hearing. Very queer management policies!Construction quality in general is ok. One has to be careful about finishing.

Premium property in Wadgaonsheri. Inox factory was located here which manufactured oxygen cylinders. They closed the unit and sold the land to these builders in 2010.

The entrance is next to Hafiz Paan shop. Youll see it on the map. The number of times the Uber eats guy tried to enter through the back gate is unimaginable.
