Celebrated this Ganeshotsav with some assorted sweets by Pattal. Pattal is a quaint little shop located in Wakad which serves traditional Indian fare on biodegradable plates called Pattal, from which the name of the restaurant is derived.Among the assorted sweets were Sheera, Jalebi, Meethi Boondi and Moongdal Halwa. The Sheera was quite good with its firm consistency and balanced sweetness. The Jalebis were fried in ghee. Had them after 5 months so you can imagine my happiness when I had those crispy and sweet Jalebis. Moongdal halwa was rich, tasty and slightly caramelized. The winner for me was Meethi Boondi! Ah those crunchy and sweet little pearls just took me back to pre-lockdown days when I used to visit temples which kept them as prasad.Apart from the usual modaks, I kept these sweets as the prasad while offering my prayers to our beloved God Ganesha. Grateful to Pattal and Joyfetch (same owners) who made the celebrations even more sweeter!

As this place is known for their homely food experience I must say they stant true to it by their quality assured food with timely delivery.So I ordered jalebi, moong dal ka halwa, sheera and boondi.Everything was deliver on time and the taste and aroma of ghee was so prominent. Also the presentation , though it was parceled all these desserts were garnished with almonds andpistachios.Would definitely visit this place ones things get back to normal !FOOD - 5/5TASTE-5/5SERVICE-5/5VALUE FOR MONEY - 5/5

The restaurant get it name from there dine-in style in which they serves in traditional leaf plates made up of sal or banyan leaf, the dishes and taste mainly from the Benaras.In the recent, I got some of the sweets from them which are truly outstanding, so this what sweet treats look like.Sweet Boondi, the crispy boondi perfectly soaked sugar syrup nor to dry not to greasy balance in the sweetness. One cant deny that the tremendous joy of having the simple yet equally delicious the sweet boondi this is one of those. Recommended for this.Sheera/Sooji Halwa, the one of the basic sweet dish but lasted in giving impression. Roasted rawa in ghee balanced well in sweetness is the comfortable halwa tasted here. The grainy note of rawa topped with some pistachios is what make it more awesome and happy bite. Do check out this here.Jalebi, when it is say the taste is mainly from city of Benaras then how can we forgot this sweet dish. Surely, jalebi came up in the mind and one can surely drown in lush juice of jalebi. This is what exactly jalebi here made like, crisp from out and juicy from inside with the saffron color. This is the sweet which is not to miss here.Moong Daal Halwa, the one of the dessert which I loved the most here. Roast aroma of moong dal with balance of sweetness, green cardamom powder, topped with some pistachios and the generous amount of ghee, this the halwa which you placed in your mouth and it slither down to your throat giving it impression how beautifully it was crafted with copious amounts of ghee. This is the fruit of intense labor, patience and effort gone to prepare such halwa and cant resist yourself to have another bite. The most highly recommend here.While coming to packaging it was well taken care come in plastic containers and timely delivered to the place.Undoubtedly, this was one of the best sweet treat by Pattal surely would try some of the other dishes here too soon.Happy Eating!

Visited this place Pattal located at Commercia mall, near hinjewadi flyover. This is an one stop destination for amazing breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.We had been to this place on the occasion of holi. They were serving special thandai for that week. The Drink was soo good that it took me back to banaras. Also, do try their Gulab Jamuns. Served hot and fresh exactly like we make at our home.Later we tried Chocolate, Vegetable and paneer chilli Sandwich. Chocolate Sandwich was very chocolatey and yum. Veg and Paneer Chilli Sandwich were also good.Continued ordering some Aloo and Paneer Parathas. I am big fan of their Aloo paratha now. They serve curd, pickle, chatni with it. I liked their serving style.If you are visiting this place for lunch or dinner, do try their Thali. A North Indian style thali with amazing taste. Its exactly like home-made food. I am in love with the Dal.Later they served some garma garam Bread and onion Pakodas with Kulhad chai and filter coffee. Wow, just had an amazing time indulging over some fresh and delicious food.Would highly recommend this place if you are not looking out for some fancy ambience and are only interested in some food like ghar ka khana.

Pattal can be considered as a homely food heaven. Me and my friends visited this place on the eve of Holi. The food was amazing and delicious. We had a great time. Yay, Pattal ! This place is one of the best indian restaurant - I have visited this place few days ago and the food was the best from the north.I especially love the sandwiches , holi special Thandai and GulabjamunThis place is a heaven for vegetarians.

Had a very simple puri bhaji plate was well made and satisfying. The place is also clean to dine in.

Best food ... Homely restaurant cum cafe.Taste is good. Service is best. Comfortable seating and well maintained. Everything is neat and clean.They offer food in dried leaf plates.I have had many good options here. Everything just satisfies to a great level.Paratha is best so is the kachori chat. They also offer a mug full of green tea. Coffee is served in traditional stainless steel coffee cup.Table , chairs all from Ikea add a better look. Very friendly staff.

Dahi Vada...best in taste

Had been to this place when we were desperately in search of food to feed our hungry stomachs. The options are limited and so is the dining area. However we got a palatable value for money lunch even during late afternoon. Service is OK. Recommendation to visit this place only if you are passing by and want some quick bite to eat.

A great place to have home-made food. Everything from quality of food to hygiene is taken care of well here. And its all because of Shwetjis perseverance.

If you want authentic food on short notice but off highest quality...then no look further this place !!!!

1st exp : Pattal had put up a stall at CM International School at a fun-fair. Tried a plate of jalebis at their stall and instantly we could realize the uniqueness. Thick as a normal yellow jalebi but colour and crunchiness of the small dollar jalebis. Just the right amount of sweetness.Further I ordered 1 kg for a small party. Got it delivered ontime and with the same quality. Keep it up!

Parathas are the best here must visit if u love paratha ...And good atmosphere...

One of the best places in the vicinity for lunch and snacks. The major highlight of this place which makes it unique from other dine-outs is, they serve their food in pattal (as the name suggests).
