Worst food ever. Ordered chicken spicy burnt garlic noodles and prawns Hakka noodles received smelly food. When I ate one spoon of burnt garlic rice, I found the chicken was rotten. I immediately called spice factory, some rude guy picked the call (not sure if that is the owner) He asked to talk to zomato about it and asked not to bother him. I was surprised by his attitude. I told him I already had a word with Zomato but I also wanted to inform you about the kind of food you have delivered. He was arguing as if I was lying about the food quality. He also said that you have ordered from Zomato, not from my website so dont call me. I mean so what? Like seriously? Dude, it was your hotel from where I have received the food. Zomato didnt cook the food neither have exchanged it in the middle of his way to my house. I was literally shocked.Thats not all, his next statement was to sent the food back to the restaurant and check with the chef. So he wanted me to travel 10.7 km to do this. I said, send someone to my house and check here itself If you have trust issues and think Im lying about your food. He kept on arguing, and was so rude, and didnt listen at all. I cant believe I went here so many times to eat and this is how they behave when you order online.Well, Ive asked zomato to take an action against them as it could have caused a serious health issue.

The food at the restaurant was too good. We liked the taste. Spice factory is a renowned resto and which is why decided to have the experience of rooftop ambience. Despite of the finger licking taste and relaxing ambience Were so disappointed with the approach of the waiters/serving staff. It seems they are hired at a very low payscale and have not gone through basic training of how to talk to customers. Their language was so lose and they had no knowledge on how the basic hospitality is done. (Some of the staff members requires training on basic mannerism)Requesting management team to kindly take this up and enhance their interaction skills.Thank you and all the best!

We ordered various chicken and veg starters and drinks.All the starters were really good in taste.But the reshmi kebab stole the show for me. The taste was sublime, the Chicken was tender and juicy. The quantity served was sufficient for the price charged. The mocktails and cocktails too were very good. The taste was on point. Again the quantity was enough. The service was good too. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The music was good too. The decor was nice too. Which led to an overall great ambience.Only thing that disappointed me was the main course. The taste just wasnt satisfactory for my taste buds. Other than this, there wasnt much to complain about.I restuarant I would surely recommend

Poor.We visited Spice Factory few days back and had a really bad experience there service wise.The attendant who took our order did not have much idea about their menu, process etc. Service was slow. And Could you imagine Eating a stale Roti or Naan with Flour rotten by worms? Yuck! Well, we had a bite of such breads there. Replaced twice yet tasted like Im eating Atte ke Keede with my roti. Murg E Mussalam was good though. Pinacolada, not to mention saved me. It was nice.The waiters were manipulative when it came to paying the bill through Zomato or Dineout. We asked for complete bill and mentioned well pay the bill accordingly through any of the platforms which will have more discount.The attendant then lied pay through X platform this will have more benefit and immediately took out Booking ID. Despite us asking for total bill. On calculating meanwhile, we realized he lied and Y has more discount, we told them well be paying through Y. These guys lost it and said no we cant do it as you chose X first. Haha! Im a customer, I have booking under both the platform, Ill pay as per my choice. They were rude and ill mannered. On the other hand, we didnt want to argue with them so asked for their manager. He immediately resolved tHe issue without any fuss. Though those two waiters unnecessarily spoilt our mood with ridiculous gestures.Perhaps they need to learn hospitality well.

This place is located on the kharadi bypass . It is a rooftop lounge and the ambience they have created is extraordinary. When you enter the place there is a beautiful bar in the front and then you can choose the table either on its right or left. This place has dim lights and decorated with greenery and small waterfall. There is music playing and mostly they have offers on bar menu . The service here is great and the snacks served were tasty. Only con of this place is , it doesnt has a dance floor. but if you want chill and have party under the sky with beautiful ambience and great service .This place is a must visit.

I think as per friends that was better. Service makes it worst. The staff does not serve with smile at all. Washrooms were looking like they arent cleaned often. Flush wasnt working. Guys please take care of this on regular intervals.

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday evening. Had prior booking made and there were no issues getting a table. The ambience was awesome. Open air seating with really good music. The staff is very courteous and service was quick. They also have good offers all days of the week. Prices are also pocket friendly, and not so expensive. Id recommend this to everyone for late night dinners as well.

Had a good time here last night. Staff here is courteous and attentive. The seatimg arrangements are good for a rooftop restaurant. We tried a few many starters and drinks at Spice factory. This place can be easily noticed from a crowded street. The music could have been better. The moment the staff saw us getting a cake they helped us with getting candles and a stand for the cake cutting. Overall loved it here. The drinks are not overpriced.

The place is really good for dinning. They have candle light theme, which adds a beautiful touch to the ambiance. They have a rooftop option as well as indoor option, both are beautiful! The service was also good. They even had live music which adds a star to the ambiance.Coming to the food, it was good in taste. However, there is still room for improvement. Especially, there was this dish called Supreme Spicy Chicken which we order. According to the name mentioned it was supposed to be spicy, but we found it a bit bland. It was not at all spicy. Rooftop restaurant with variety of food menu options and the ambience is pleasant for an evening dine.They have nice seating area on the left and right side of the entrance. Where at the edges you have nice outdoor view and in between its decorated with plants and pebbles and fountains and on occasions like new year they have fish on the display.On the right side of the entrance you have ladies washroom and men washroom is on left which is also decent and clean.Above this they have terrace sitting with covered roof so you can feel the wind while having you meal or drinks, which makes this upper sitting ideal for drinks.On they menu they have much good options from vegetarian food to sea food. Also they serve drinks I guess which makes it open till 2am.And for families which dont want they loud music which is played all time they have separate AC room without the load music and you cant complain about the service which is amazing.Oh yes they have separate theme of the music daily.

It is located on the rooftop, the interior in clean and beautiful. I would recommend you to visit this place with friends or colleagues as drinks take more than half of menu. The main course and dessert in menu is only adequate. Not a place for foodies or someone who needs big variety. The taste of food is good and youll enjoy your time here with loud music.

It is a rooftop restaurant and music also justified the Ambience.The prices are morderate to high but it fitted in pretty less amount for me as i went through dine out app so i got 50% off, I also recommend to use dine out for such fancy places as it is very economical.

Nice open roof restaurant at a nice location.Staff is really courteous and service was really good when i visited this place with my family on a sunday night.Its not a lounge setup but the music played was reallt nice.
