Superb taste of thalipitha and palak puri

Situated exactly opposite the bharat natya mandir in sadadhiv peth pune the restaurant js ideally located for success. the restaurant serves authentic maharashtra fare as punekars would love it. surprisingly service is with a smile and prompt. misal , thalipith, batata wada everything is very tasty. rates are reasonable.

Its a small place but the food is so tasty and healthy with a good service. The food is feels like a homemade. There is only three to four table.

Am rating this place solely on the basis of taste of their food, ambience isnt that spacious but food is real authentic Maharashtrian .I have tried bread cheese masala, puri bhaaji, cut vada, kairi panh, taak, palak puri & mug bhaji. We were 5 people altogether to finish this. Everything is perfect to its taste Palak puri is must try cause of its heavenly first bite,pocket friendly place, little parking is allotted in front of gate & staff is really polite. Isnt that of a busy place so table can be found easily during morning hours.

Really very good food, economical as well as very tasty. Been coming here occasionally and theyve never disappointed. Service is very good too.

The Best Maharashtrian Snaks Centre in the heart of City. Every item in menu is like home made. I hv ordered S. Khichidi it was tasty made in ghee. One should try. Four wheelers parking is not avaliable. So request u to park ur vehicle in safe place and enjoy good

Whenever visited, I have visited this place either only on chaturthi or ekadashi.So dishes like sabudana khichadi, upavaas ragada pattice and keli bhajji along with pious are the only few food items I have tried here. And must say all those were really good in terms of taste and quantity.

Seating arrangements is quite congested, only four table each with capacity of four people. Food was OK, thalipeeth was bland lacking flavors same goes for sabudana khichadi plain no flavor at all, overall average experience.

The best authentic Marathi cuisine. We tasted 6 dishes and almost all were superb. Only one was very good but may be one rung lower than others. And on prices, it was the most pleasant surprise. A must visit for the gourmets of the world. Meaning of khadad is glutton and khadadiis the act of a glutton.

Its a good place to have breakfast. One thing you should try is piyush.

Place is good to have breakfast They have many varieties of Pakodas and other Maharashtrian dishes as breakfast options. I had Thalipeeth and Shahi Piyish(a drink) from here. If youre on a visit to Pune this is a good hotel to taste some local food. Only problem is only 4 tables are there, so if its a rushy day then difficult to sit and eat.

Tasty Thalipith but little costlier!

Simple snacks centre, need to taste better. Thalipeeth was costly, taste was too plain, , other than butter should provide thecha, chutney. Papad bhaji was utterly boring, not worth trying. Sabudana khichdi & misal seem to be yummy.

Khadadi (खादाडी) - You will find this place bang opposite Bharat Natya Mandir ,Sadashiv Peth. This place serves lot of traditional Maharashtrian delicacies which are rare these days. Bhajani wade , Saanja etc to name few of them. I had awesome Saanja today. Saanja we can say is a Maharashtrian cousin of Upma :). This Sanja was served hot, smooth and was not soggy at all. It had slight taste of curd which was tasting good. Service was fast in spite of lot fo crowd. I could see Sabudana wada , Vada pavs were also served to other tables fresh and in lighting speed. Good start with Saanja still lot of other options to try which will do very soon

Right in front of Bharat Natya Mandir, 10 minutes from Swargate, 5 minutes from Alka Talkies and Shanipar is in a very strategic place in Sadashiv Peth. Only bike parking is up to you. It is difficult to bring a four-wheeler and get parking. Being on Main Road is immediately apparent. Although small, it feels comfortable.Parcels are also available. Ordered from Zomato and Swiggy. Piyush is very special here. Definitely worth drinking. Cilantro loaf, bhajan plate and curd or butter is very cool !! Eat well !!
