The mangolian crispy chicken was amazing. I loved garlic butter noodles. Didnt quite like the flavour of chicken dumplings. Complementary desserts were below average.Though the ambience was nice.

Sunday evening Sundowners are becoming a thing again. The Market at Westin KP is hosting early parties curated by Euriska from 3pm to 10pm. Clearly the hospitality and behavior of staff was impressive from entering the security gate, valet service and restaurant staff. The huge balcony is my favorite hotspot to be with the club view backside and Sundowner view in the skyline.The place was hugely crowded. The vibe was at its peak between 6pm to 7.30pm. Overall cleanliness was good but I found two strands of hair in the bath tub which was really concerning considering the going on pandemic.2. Overall food was amazing but the south indian options in the breakfast were quite bad and also we were given limited options which was disappointing.

Attentive staff, massive rooms, especially club floor ones. The terrace suite is outstanding in terms of area and terrace. But with a massive mosquito problem. The staff tried their best to solve it though, but needs urgent attention and maybe a door replacement.Highly recommend the hotel otherwise though.

This is one amazing place! From outside it looks like huge ship. Inside, its richly built with amazing interiors. Its huge and spacious. It has lodging and boarding facilities and some amazing facilities for holding social functions like Ring ceremony, thread ceremony, engagement part, weddings, office party, birthday party etc. Staff is courteous. Food quality is outstanding and service is super fast.

This was the first fining dining experience (at The Market), for me, in the post covid world.I was unsure at first but since it was a special occasion, I decided to give it a try. I did not regret this adventure.The place is arranged in a manner that you can have a personal discussion while you nibble away, without being too loud for others.The servers are courteous, maintain social distance and are quite patient when it comes to clarifying any menu related queries. You may also ask them for the preferred items from any category of the menu and you will not be disappointed with trying out their suggestions.

This is perfect place for family and friends to hangout. On my birthday we went with my family for dinner in one of the restaurant in Westin which is called Nawab or something. The food was amazing so delicious especially butter chicken. We enjoyed so much. Ambience of the place is stunning and beautiful. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Highly recommend❤️

There are three restaurants, a fitness centre, a sauna and a large deck, as well as some lovely gardens. The food at the restaurants is great, with Indian, east Asian and Italian options, though they do not know what a lemon, lime and bitters is.The rooms are good too, big, clean, nicely appointed and overly effective aircon.Free wifi, they have the usual room service, laundry and dry cleaning, car and driver hire etc.I wish theyd paid a bit more attention to detail when finishing it; theres paint drips on the marble and fittings are either not sitting straight or had been installed several times judging by the grout.A footpath out the front would have been nice, too.

The property is very spacious and premium. The rooms are big and luxurious. My stay was pleasant but it seems the hotel is understaffed, it adversely affects the service. The breakfast spread and taste too requires improvement.

Right from start the door guy didnt show any interest in the luggage and instead of valet parking asked me to park on my own. I literally had to call him for the luggage. During check in we were promised honeymoon decorations as complementary but later we were asked 2000 for the same. The room was decent but TV had no English movie channels just basic hindi ones. The room temperature was set at 22°C..We couldnt lower further and we were asked that its hotel policy. Hot water was also unavailable till later evening which we understand due to some maintenance issue . Next day breakfast in room was decent but nowhere close to 5 star hotel which we actually paid for. Dosa was soft and stale probably made 2-3 hrs back. Central AC in the lobby was shut and wifi speed pathetic basically 2G.Its 2nd day and now temperature isnt going below 24.5°C and we are sweating like anything. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The Market- Pleasant ambience, food was quite alright: some dishes were to my taste the others were just alright. Probably because I visited during the pandemic (when the quarantine period was lifted), there werent as many options in the buffet. I heard its an amazing place from people who visited it before the pandemic.

We had dinner at the nawab’s restaurant in Westin! It was great food, just right preparation for all the stuff ordered and right amount of spice levels! I highly recommend this place for all !

I came here for a web series shoot. I swear the place is really good. Amenities are just tough to explain. Being a photographer this place is full of symmetry and examples of awesome architecture.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Pune. Its a part of the Marriott group, I think category 7. Westin as a brand has unmatched services anyway. Request for a higher floor city view room which is amazing. Food at the Market is good. My favorite is Daily Treats where I could work hours on my laptop munching at the same time.

My husband and I went for their Valentines buffet dinner. More than half of the food was cold, despite being on heating stoves. The servers were super slow in serving the drinks, the only thing supposed to be served as rest was a buffet. Had to ask twice to get a glass of pineapple juice and then again a spoon. They were giving random people some sort of boxes as valentines gifts and leaving the others. The food had little taste to it, was full of oil. All the items mentioned in the menu they sent at the time of booking were not available. The live music was very very loud and noise from the disc was clearly audible in the restaurant. Tastewise, food was average- below average. Wouldnt make any booking for an occasion there again. While taking our seat at the table, they were supposed to clear the previous food and decoration. They did clear the food, but the decoration of rose petals was cleared from only half the table and other half was left that way. For bill, although that was the time of closing, we had to wait 10-15 minutes. It felt like the servers had been specifically instructed to ignore the customers as its a buffet and all you can have drinks. The more you ignore, the lesser drinks will be ordered.

I visited after a long time after the pandemic with my family to have dinner at the market. We had to wait a minimum of 5 minutes for someone to take order. The staff didnt seem to know whats on the menu and couldnt suggest things properly to us. Then we had to wait for 30 minutes to get any food. I mean we had to think twice before ordering something because it really took a long time for food to come on the table. One or two staff member had some weird attitude issue. Like you dont want to work but speak to people with attitude. The food was tasty no doubt about that. Then once we were done eating dinner. I took my guest to the parking. The parking guy said. Sir bohot gaadi hai aap khud hee lelo gaadi neeche ke floor mein hai. Kitna jaldi jaoge utna juldi mil jayegi gaadi . At that time I lost it. I couldnt believe I am standing at Westin. The reason everything over all expensive is because of hospitality and services it provides. Khaana toh dhaaba mein bhi Acha milta hai. This was the first time I experienced something like this at Westin. Its my favourite place to eat and party. It was a little disappointing. Specially when I was hosting a dinner there.

Lift system is very confusing. Staff should escort guests without the need for the guests to ask them.The ambience of the hotel is great. The facilities like restrooms are also clean and well maintained. The staff are following all safety protocols.I think some signs need to be added in the lobby for the guests guidance.

The furniture in my room were a bit old and the table was wobbly. Everything else was what one would expect from a 4/5 star. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

It may sounds quite funny to all others westin member ( club Marriott) also that you are providing room but not providing food I think your hotel cannot afford the same. Awesome Services and great hospitality

Had Sunday brunch at The Market and it was just fab. Very good crowd, good live music, plenty of options to choose from specially sea food options. The entire buffet spread was very well organised and segregated into different sections like western, asian, Indian, etc. Main course was ok as Mutton Rogan Josh was disappointing but the starters made up for it. The best was for the end Dessert counter - theirs is the best dessert out of all the buffets of 5 star hotels that I have tried.Proper hygiene and safety measures were followed. My advise is a definite thumbs up to this place. I will go there again.

This was our first visit to The Westin, Pune. We had visited, The Market. It had a lovely ambience with everything well laid out. You get a special feel upon being greeted by their courteous staff. We started off with their lip smacking chaat counter before moving on to other starters. Here you are greeted by array of dishes to tingle your taste buds. Both, Garlic Chicken & Lamb were so succulent that they deserve a special mention. After being done by the starters & main course, we could not resist the call of the dessert counter especially after having a sweet tooth. At the counter, we happened to meet Chef Selva, who was generous enough to give a tour of the entire section. We were simply awestruck to see the enormous offering the section had for us. As we were digging deep into the desserts, we thanked Chef Selva for providing icing on the cake. Finally we thought of relaxing by the pool side, recalling the fantastic time we had at the Westin. It was indeed a memorable experience, best enjoyed with your family.

Had booked d hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are excellent and also room service. But d thing which disappointed was hotel management. We had booked for dinner buffet but on arrival it was mentioned der is a set menu, also set menu options were limited, and food dat was delivered was not of good quality. Not expected dis from brand like westin. Breakfast is good but again not many options and same variety on next day itself.Hotel management is not good although they apologized a lot but still....

Went for a wedding. There were 3 weddings at the same time. No co-ordination and signs for the individual weddings. Confusions. 90% people not wearing covid-19 masks.They have a compulsory valet parking and the guys expect tips when they bring your car.

Food was excellent, the staff is polite, I like the installation pieces of art in the banquet drive way. An entire beehive about 14 feet wide has been hammered out of perforated aluminium. It is beautiful. Other landmark structures in the lobby are also Impressive. The step well architecture of one facade and the infinity pool hold up the Westin Pune at par with Westin Gurgaon and others across the globe. A great place to celebrate an occasion. Though I recommend to those who want a quiet time with themselves at the poolside or the coffee shop... The valet fellows are really sweet and patient. All in all a good experience.

Is a good place to stay. Due to covid-19 some things were restricted and some were changed but still had a fun time during my stay.

Located at the party hub of pune, the structure can be seen from miles away it has a unique ship-like building and it catches your eye right away. Not to mention the mix@36. Its opened till 2am and has a very club like feel inside the music can be a little better to be honest but then i never went there for its music. This place has a outdoor sitting with a nice view of the city so I went there couple of times with my friends to jst drink and chill when we were done with drinking and dancing at other pubs. Usually other pubs closes around 11 or max 12(midnight) but mix@36 is opened till 2am which is the best part about it.
