Good food, average ambulance, not so good service. Mostly the not so well trained waiters and its a big turn off. Its not like anyone misbehaving but they simply dont know to serve, particularly sizzles.Other problem is its hot inside and the AC is not quite working making any afternoon lunch not so enjoyable.I must admit the food is dam tasty, like finger liking tasty but the other things make it not so enjoyable and irritating as well.I ordered a sizzler which was exactly the way it should have been but when it was served the chips went under everything rice sauce making a soggy mix and in addition the cabbage leaves under the sizzler is also served .... I wonder do I need to eat those as well....

We visited here for lunch. Ambience overall is decent. Service was decent as well.There are good options for sizzlers here. We opted for chicken & lamb sizzlers. Sizzlers were good. Quantity was decent. Price wise they were on higher side.Overall a good place to have sizzlers.

Liked the food and ambience is decent. One of the good place for Chinese and Sizzler lovers. Service was fine. I liked the chicken which was minced in simple spices. I order medium spicy special Shanghai Sizzler chicken. Fries were normal non slaty but the chicken and peas and noodles were really good. Liked liked!

Wonderful restaurant to have a hearty meal, be it lunch or dinner.They offer a variety of food menus, especially pan asian cusine.Their speciality is sizzlers, so we ordered one Barbeque steak sizzle which was fantastic! It was served with marinated grilled steak, crispy corns, Vegetables, rice and french fries and spice sauce. Also had a wide variety of noodles. It was good too!Also, they offer non vegetarian buffet for Rs 750 per person.The behaviour and courteous service of staff made it a more pleasant experience.A must try and recommended!

We ordered Chicken Special Sizzler, in which only chicken was good and tender. Noodles were soggy and overcooked. Its sauce was not good at all. Overall ambiance was not pleasant. Tables were not clean, even menu card. Two families found something in their food and left immediately after complaining. I will not visit this restaurant again.

After the movie, It was finally time to say goodbye to a thrilling experience after having dinner somewhere and We knew exactly the Place. Located on the exact same floor as the food court, Sanghai Spice and Sizzlers offers authentic Thai and Chinese meals along with vibrant mocktails and mouth-watering Sizzlers. A dominating red color ambiance simply adds to the feel of the place.After a whole day of eating, We surely knew that we didnt have an appetite for Sizzlers, hence we ordered Prawns Schezwan followed by Small Thai Bowl of Thai Green Curry and Sex on the Beach.Sex on The Beach (225 INR):- This red as blood looking mocktail had a very dominant taste of Cranberry Juice along with a citrus flavour because of the presence of Orange Juice in it.Prawns Schezwan (525 INR):-Now this might not have looked good but certainly overstood our expectations. The spciy Schezwan flavours with Prawns were simply perfect.Thai Green Curry (Thai Bowls) (260 INR):- The Thai Green Curry features chunky veggies in a lip-smacking green curry, constituted of aromatic herbs and spice powders, tangy lemon juice, onion, ginger, garlic and brings out a flavorful taste to the the recipe.

Loved the food especially the Thai specialities. Tom Kha soup is awesome. Fusion of spice is excellent.

The ambiance of this place is really good. But the staff were not that helpful in choosing the dishes, maybe because if the rush. The food was descent and presentation was good. Sea Food Laksa soup was descent but not that great, with a coconut base. Aromatic Chicken and Garlic was a good appetizer. Burmese Khaosuey was really good and should be tried.

This is my 2nd time here. I came here for sizzlers only. I love it. Specifically, chicken shashlik sizzlers.

It’s fine but you may not like it if you have already been to places like Kobe Sizzlers. The sizzler were not quite hot the way they need to be served. That takes away the entire fun out of it. Moreover they don’t serve liquor, not even beer or wine. Almost empty most of the time and finding a table is easy.

Delicious, Excellent and very pleasant service I will most definitely recommend this place and will visit this again for sure one can taste the freshness in the food they serveactually a hygiene food and the pizzas are awesome...The taste and thickness and base of the pizzas are superb.....Also I love the Sizzlers which are perfectly cooked and variety of topings are available you can choose....They are perfect for the price and also taste wise.pasta which was very nice too.... small cubes of cheese scattered over the pasta and i love it the most

Absolutely wonder full food. Didnt expect the cuisine to be this flavourful and varied. The buffet spread is good enough to feed monsters. The starters are absolutely delightful specially the baked fish in banana leaves. Each dish has its own spices and flavour. Surprisingly these guys know how to do proper noodles. Like proper. Not the lump of dough and some veggies. Highly recommended. On the budget too. Great place to take your date for an evening or afternoon of eating to content.

Tasty food, yummy fried icecream.

The place is wide open for anyone coming in the restaurant. But the ambience gives it a cozy look. The management team is well mannered and they give you privacy and the service is good. Not a perfect place for a date though, but 3rd date onwards, its the best for sizzlers. Cheers.

Real Chinese food must try...

Decent place for Chinese food. Nice ambience and place to have a meal after roaming around the mall. Food portions of each dish were sufficient to serve 2 people. Staff is courteous.They have room to improve their service time.

Ordered special chicken sizzler..the chicken pieces were too good.. noodles sort of ate it forcefully not so good..also in mocktails watermelon something was there and blue lagoon.. blue lagoon was nice but the watermelon was not so good..then ordered grilled mangolian chicken it was also nice...just a little warning that visit this place only when you have plenty of time...coz they are veryyyy slow

Best Chinese food

Shanghai Spice serves good quality food, and has been doing it over the years. Off late I found some change in staffing, and on busy workdays the services do become a bit poor. I have provided this feedback to the owner and the floor manager. Food menu is generic and reasonably priced. This restaurant is inside Seasons mall. It has an outside seating also but it is currently closed due to rains.

This place is awesome. I have been here several times and the more i visit the more i want to visit again. The staff is really helpful. All the dishes are absolute treat. Love all the sizzlers they serve. Authentic southeastern food. Good job guys keep up the good work.

A great place for Chinese, Thai and Malaysian food. Also suitable for both family and friends. The food here tastes authentic and is not an Indian version made 😆. The service is also very polite.Remember to try Thalis, the quantity is sufficient for 2 if you have medium appetite.

Its a good place to have dinner. However, in apst few visits, their taste was slightly different. It might be because they changed their chef. However, the food and ambience is good.

We went there sometime back and had dinner buffet. All the items- specially the starters were very good. We did not have enough of the main course but overall it was pretty decent food at reasonable price. Will recommend for sure.

Very silly approach of the staff . Specially the manager. Dosent deserve a single star as they stopped service at 11:40 while we were having our dinner. The excuse was , chef left for the day. Closing time is 11:30 pm .

Pathetic place, you will find cockroaches everywhere, if you are lucky even rats on POP ceiling. Taste remains neutral, service is also pathetic. Waiters cant tell you about the dishes and are clumsy. You can certainly give it a miss.

Only the carving on the walls is good, very appealing. Rest is hogwash. Asked for non-spicy food, but got extremely spicy food. Drinks never came while appetizers were left uneaten due to spiciness. Went for birthday dinner. Totally disappointed!!

I am a repeating customer of this place specially for their Laksa soup. They offer good service, I found eeg shells in my Chicken dish and they immediately offered a replacement dish. Overall a good place.

Bad service. Low staff and food delivered cold after 30 mins of wait time. No one waiting at the table and servers unavailable even after calling them multiple times. Ok wont spend a lot of time writing a review for this place as I really did not spend a lot of time here. The place is located near the food court of seasons mall I wanted to try some Chinese food so thought to give it a try. The seating area is spacious and has outdoor seating options too.We choose to sit indoors as it was quite hot outside and from here everything went south, the place was not properly ventilated the room was sticking with the smell of food and to make matter worse some guest ordered sizellers and then sitting Indore became unbearable or you can unbreathable we ordered food and moved to outdoor seating. The service was quick and the food was also quite good but as it was summers and the day was quite hot we asked them to parcel the food we left the place as soon as we can with our doggy bags hardly spent 10min after the food was on my table.Had a very bad experience would not give this place a second shot, hope they are reading this review and make sure that they fix their ventilation so others are not let down as they let me.Ambience: 0Food : 4 (at the comfort of my home)Service: 3

Its the worst sizzler I ever had.. in pune.Never order.. they serve u chicken wing pieces in name of chicken.. it was worst experience! The sauce on sizzler is bland.. more over I found only few veggies on my sizzler.. its a complete no no place to have sizzlers!!
