Nice place where we can buy new watches and get services as well

It is one of the best watch store I ever visited I would like to share my experience with you and that is when I visited the store that time there was particular watch in my mind which I wanted to purchase I showed them the same watch in my mobile they were very Cooperative the immediately showed me which watch I was looking for I like the watch I purchased it.They also give me discount on it its very nice experience here in Timex. Yeah I can say its wonderful experience if you want to buy a watch you must visit here first.

Best place for watches. Friendly behavior of staff. helpful informers. Happy temperament.

Purchased a Titan watch for 1800/-. Opinion about the experience is below.Good - when it comes to 1st time buyer.Average - as the staff was in a hurry to make a sale. Not much variety was shown..Bad - any questions asked regarding the product had the same reply Can check at the respective stores of each companies eg: Titan, Casio etc. my question was, if we really had to go somewhere else, why would we come to your store? 🙄.Worst - went back to the store after about a week as there was a wear and tear in the leather belt. Extra cost to be shelled out for the belt(no problem in that). Problem was how can a brand new watch start wearing off after about a week? Was the watch old? or in a bad condition? As the staff was eager to sell that particular watch. (after sale there is definitely a changed behavior (rude, sarcastic) in the staff as they are not interested in understanding the customers problem), also Not a one time bad experience at this store.Immediate shut down - YES. not professional regarding the entire process right from the sale of the product to the services rendered (if any 🙄).Not recommended for anyone. Thank you🙏

I had purchased a watch from this store. The salesmens and womens were too freindly. I was very confused to choose my watch ,so i was taking much time but they were not angry. I had very nice experience...

Convenient to spot it as on the JM road. Only drawback is small place for parking. Attentive staff, I had gone for repair of one of my watches, so can not say on price negotiations. The repair station is right behind the showroom . I am impressed with the repair station, the service is fast and and real response. They are maintaining ERP for their sale , so I dont think any hidden charges. I had a nice conversation with the person sitting on billing desk. I saw him giving a printed tax invoice to a customer for Rs.65. Which is rare in Pune except malls. I am loving it.

Good shop. Nice structure and lighting. Good use of mirrors.Service center on 1st floor.The price of watches were comparable with online and other such shops in that area.Multiple brand wrist watches and wall clocks available.

Very good response from staff.This particular service center is behind main showroom so you either ask for its location. Kudos Google will do that.

Good collection but they dont have more options on the range between 2k to 5k...and the staff there when i visited was helpful and was understanding my requirements on choosing the watch... finally brought one from the store and the product is good than expected!!
