Adaa boutique is one of the best boutique in Pune. The owner of the boutique is extremely generous and patient. Her work is just gorgeous. Any alterations in the fittings she makes it a point to do it and hand it on time. She stitches everything from casual to wedding material. The ones living in Baner you have got to look out for this amazing Boutique.

I wonder if I can give zero stars, I would have if it was allowed. The owner of shop is extremely rude with no knowledge of cloth material and how to bring the best out of suite piece worth 5000/-. She doesnt have a catalog to showcase or brain to suggest designs.She didnt even stick to the date which was committed for the suit to be ready. On top of it she was not available at the shop for me to actually ask for an explanation for why she ruined the design of such an expensive suite piece. Would never recommend her to any friend and family.

Reasonable price and fast service, you can get design samples and choose from it. You can try your clothes there, They do immediate altering also in case of little changes required.

Stitching is above average..no doubt she has stitched my lehenga nicely but she is very rude..never accepts her mistake .. sometime.I m scared to talk to her due to the way she replies.its totally unprofessional.. she asks her client to give 5 star in fb to get discount

Workwise..... its above avg BUT Owner of the Botique is very rude, should learn how to talk with people leave apart clients.Maam , it might be possible that the fitting u provide is extremely good but the way you talk to people does matter a lot!I had a very bitter experience with the lady. Please do not expect polite talks.

This feedback was long due. Let me get started: I got my suits, dresses, parallel pants, lehengas got stitched from Adaa Boutique in June 2018. I am an NRI who visits India once in a couple of years, so I had lots of stuff to get stitched. The owner Kanchan was so helpful in giving advise on designs, she in-fact showed me some samples and lots of designs on her phone, from which it was easy to choose. I had 5-6 saree blouses to get stiched, she got me stiched different beautiful designs for them. I loved the service and quality of work. Since, I had to fly back on a certain date, she delivered everything before time, so that I could try everything and get the alterations done if needed. She is my all-time favorite person to get my clothes stitched.One more thing, very important: She is not rude at all, as other reviewers have mentioned. She is polite and very nice. We should have the expectations right, I believe.

The shop accepted a delivery on a day when it is closed...this was just one day before Gudi Padwa. The tailor had requested me to call him on his mobile but his number has been switched off for the last 2 days. also there is no attempt from the shop side to call me to inform about delivery. The service is disgusting since I am feeling cheated as a customer and deprived of wearing a new dress before the festival season inspite of making full payment for the dress material and half payment to the tailor. Please do not visit this store since they are not interested in customers and very bad service quality is assured to you as a customer. You will lose your valuable money if you visit this store.

Worst tailoring ever! If you want to spoil your clothes, then give them to this useless lady - she is rude unprofessional and very resistant to repair the mess she creates. She has absolutely no idea about stiching. This boutique used to belong to someone else.. she recently bought it and did not change the name. I got to know this after she sticked horibly. Then a gave it a local shop in balewadi and they did a better job. This owner of adda used to sell undergarments and has no idea of stiching. She should stick to selling undergarments only. SAVE YOUR CLOTHES... NEVER GO TO ADDA FOR stICHING.

Adaa boutique offers great services to their clients . I needed a lehenga made for my friends wedding in an emergency , and they did a splendid job with it, in no time . the owner is sweet and adjusting . the experience has always been great with Mrs. Kanchan Agrawal . love her work and she is very professional . for anyone looking out for a good boutique around baner , should definitely visit this one . love their sense of styling and design. thank you very much for the quick and precise work !

The owner of the boutique is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesnt have the basic courtsey to accept the faults in her service. She doesnt do the alterations for the faults in the stitching. If the material is less or the design doesnt permit a garment in the way it is expected to fit, she or her cutting master do not even have the basic decency to call up or sms the customer to tell the same and go ahead and stitch the garment and ruin the material.Her charges are very high for the service that she provides. I had got some kurtis and a salwar stitched from her. She botched up the salwar and a kurta . There was enough material for the kurta and the sleeves. The material for the sleeves was straight lines as for the rest of the kurta. The border for the sleeves was provided perpendicular to the design. Her tailor went and made the sleeves in perpendicular design . They were ill fitting. I messaged her to tell that i shall be getting the kurti for alteration. Yet, when I went there, she refused to do the alteration . I should not have paid her before trying out the kurti in her shop. Then she would have done it .I would not advise anyone to go to Adaa. Please beware!!!!.
