Have bought 2 bikes and several spares and accessories from the store and no complaints so far. The staff knows the products well and have always suggested me products that suit my needs.

Poor staff .....my opinion is to not go here at any cost........i agree that the girl on the counter is rude and faltu........even if you get free cycles,dont go because they are cheap.
