Pathetic service, ruin my day, I needed to visit nearest police station to get my bike back. They pick my bike from home and take it to some random location and shared me a quotation of 7000 mentioned almost every electrical system of my bike was burnt, customer care team is group of professional fraudster they won’t help you in any condition.I called them to cancel my service appointment but they want 1500 Rs just to cancel my service which was costing 449 Rs.They will never share the garage location and keep sharing random location, guys beware of them don’t book any service.

My two wheeler wasn’t working as it stopped suddenly. I called these guys and initially till pickup, the service seemed trustworthy. They billed me 3000 for complete repair and cleaning despite they didnt ask me to do all those things. When i asked for the old parts, they didnt give me. It created a doubt in me. I went to one of my known mechanic as the bike was not repaired completely. The new mechanic told that no work has been done in my bike except washing. It is astonishing and a fraud. Now the service provider is behaving rude. Bad customer service. Total negligence. Wont recommend. Even bro4u is not responding. This is such a matter which should be brought to the notice of regulator and consumer forum.Booking ID 801698

Dont even think to give your vehicle to them they will charge you a lot money without doing anything worst service ever they pickup your vehicle then they give you a bill of 8k 9k if you are not comfortable with this bill they will ask you to give 2k just for checking your vechile they put wrong address on Google they dont even have garage they are fraud dont waste your money time effort.

A pathetic place instead of Dry cleaning my curtains they used water which made my 2 curtains shrink. They gave the excuse that it is the fault of Ironing & took it back to fix but finally I receive the curtains extra stretched, unshaped and damaged. Above all this they gave me the invoice of Rs. 4480/-, while I was told on call that the charges are 150 per curtain (I mention that I have the big curtains on call) then after all this they give the excuse that the price told was for normal curtains. for big ones we charge per sqft basis....PATHETIC

Very Very bad experience in terms of everthing.. Customer care is not responsive or is non existent..Had got my bike serviced a week back.. Pickup and drop was arranged by the service partner. Inspite of telling not to change any parts in my bike, the mechanic changed parts like ignition coil, carburetor bearings and charged me around 3000Rs.. When I took the bike to an authorized dealer after about a day I found to my surprise that none of the parts have been changed. This is clearly a fraud.How can bro4u as an aggregator not verify the authenticity of its service partners. Also similar experiences have been shared by others as well. It was my bad that I dint check the review first before booking the service. I am planning to file a complaint in consumer forum against this since nothing is being done by bro4u inspite of numerous complaints.

I have booked a home inspection for sofa repair for Saturday, and I need to cancel the booking as I have to travel last moment. The service provider is not giving me that option, and says because I booked (and they havent visited yet) I have to pay them!!! What extortion is this?? Hello b4u, your service is very third class they dont provide lead. And they give only one lead in 15 days. In my account my credit balance is 121 but I am unable to accept the call. Your vendor whose name is girish patgaonkar dont receive any call and if he received the call then he always said I will call you back by checking your status. But he dont call back. Its not a doorstep service.My experience-I booked a general service from these people for 549 under impression that everything will be done in my driveway. One of their vendors came and took the bike. After 2 hours they returned the vehicle with a bill tag of 650. As per them under general service the vehicle will only be cleaned via cloth (dumb, i know) and extra rupees 100 will be charged for water cleaning.So basically they did Rs 150 service of roadside in Rs 650. I talked to customer care as well. He puppeted the same thing.Complete sham and job well done of duping customer. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.Edit after owners reply - Forget it. We both know you are not going to do anything about it. Never going to use any of your service again nor going to recommend it to anyone.
