Best salon in pune,had a haircut for me and highlights for my wife with some beauty services.Every services was done professionally ,neat while maintaining hygiene level.What else you need?I would recommend it to everyone.

I was looking for a hair makeover and consulted them for coloring my hair and getting a haircut. I am in love with my new hair, just loved the consultation, transformation and the exceptional service provided.In fact, this place is KID Friendly. My 5 year old also got her hair cut done and was quite happy to spend many hours patiently waiting for my hair service to be complete. Thumbs up from me. :)

Horrible experience & Absolutely the WORST hairstyling services one can imagine are provided here ! Once youd step in it wont take you long to tell that the staff is severely under trained as the person has managed to ruin my brand new office Shirt with pathetic after hair color procedure. Shirt Picture attached. Initially incompetent staff was assigned to me for the hair cut and i immediately asked the owner to step in as he clearly didnt know what he was doing. Even then, the owner, Shubham tried to rescue it but i was still left dissatisfied and Mr.Shubham left me stranded with other incompetent staff. Then came the hair color part where i thought what wrong could go and then in the end during shampooing, the person washed my hair so poorly that it ruined my office shirt. It didnt stop there as i tried to step out of the salon as i was asked to pay for the services ! It showed how much the business cared about customers well being and find it comfortable to ruin customers property without asking what they could do to make it correct ! Obviously i didnt wait for Shubham to arrive and left. Meanwhile, Dry Cleaner is confident that the stain cant be removed without fading the texture of the shirts collar thus rendering is useless for my office needs.If however, you still choose this place for your hair styling needs consider get it done ONLY by the owner but then even owner isnt that great to be honest & you need to be vigilant all the way through as he may leave you stranded anytime.Side NOTE:1. if they offer you coffee/tea or any pathetic drink, note that its not free & theyll hand you over the bill in the end. I know this may sound crazy bad but thats how they treat their customer. Theres absolutely nothing LUXURY about it !2. Dont get fooled with the celebrity pictures he hadem pasted on the wall.

Look at the photo of their so called spa treatment. They do a very bad job or they dont know the right product for the right hair. I have long curly hair and their spa treatment completely spoiled it for a week. I had to shampoo and condition a few times to ensure they return to normal. I do not recommend going here at all. Money wasted. They do not use a diffuser for curly hair. The male stylist (cant remember his name, from Jan 3, 2021) did a bad job. AVOID this place. Maybe their haircuts are good but the spa treatment is stupid and a big waste.

This hair salon, is run and owned by people with a lot of experience. The shop is clean, the owners and stylists skilled and professional, and the atmosphere very relaxing. I have actually had complete strangers come up to me on two occasions to ask where I had my hair cut. Owner and Stylists are excellent. Very professional and caring for their customers. Very great experience overall :)

Great place for all your hair and skin services.In last month I had highlights done. It was best colour as they suggested considering my complexion. I do highly recommend this place . Spacious and cozy interiors. All the products that were used during my visit were explained to me with reasons as to why they had been chosen, I even walked away with a purchase! looking forward to visit again.

I did my haircut and hair colour and as i was doing hair colour for 1st time I had so many doubts but shubham and shivanjale did a great job and literally explained each and every step and process from selecting hair colour to styling from straight hair to curls.

The saloon is designed so heavenly with wonderful vibes around 😇😇. Initially was treated so politely by the reciptionist . Later I was 100% satisfied with the grooming I got .... Would like to advise everyone to at least give it a try n thank me later😊😊
