The management is very slow. If yoy are thinking getting great discount on the cost of Time(waiting for more than 30 min). Standing in queue and waiting for your number and then Chemist will say we dont have this tablest.Then it will hurt more. I wont recommended this med plus.

Be very cautious what you buy. They will not at all assisst you to get it replaced. Very rigid staff and there policies. Not at all customer oriented. Pay with Paytm but you should have amount in your wallet. We will take returns if you come within 5 mins but not in half an hour. So you have only time to decide until you go out of shop and sit on your vehicle. Superspeed decision making you need. I Would recommend paying some extra bucks to the store just next to it then buying it from here. AVOID IF YOU CAN !!!!

Staff is poor and they dont know how to deal with customer.Most importantly youll never get medicine you have on prescription. Poor store.

Very Bad Service, You Better Go At Medplus Pratik Nagar or Any other Shop, Every time We Order Medicines Are Not Available There, They Just Ask to come tomorrow Same Goes on Repeated every time. 😡😡😡

Very slow staff. The lady attended rejected welcome gift which by default was given for every other new customer.

Crowded. The shop keeper is least bothered.
