A decent place to go for grooming. The staff is polite and helpful. They have a dedicated parking space in front of their salon to park 2 wheelers, which is a good thing considering the locality and the area that is covered with parked vehicles.The only drawback I feel is that it’s a bit expensive. But most of the salons are expensive these days!

First time visiting a salon after a LONG time and my hair had grown so messy 😩They take great precautions and the salon is very clean and hygienic.The staff is professional, genial and make you feel very pampered. They tell you step by step what they are doing to your hair and you really feel like you can trust them.My mom and I have been given amazing haircuts, I am incredibly happy with the service and will definitely visit again.

The staff is very polite. But they forgot to inform me that the stylist I had an appoitment with was unavailable due to some emergency. Another stylist was supposed to just start my haircit till a senior stylist but he continued and ruined it despite me having shown a picture of what I had wanted. The hair was cut a bit uneven, longer on the right. A senior stylist tried his best to fix it so thankful for that. Visited on 20.09.2020

Since me and my brother were travelling from Nigdi to Pune to have our haircut, we had an appointment fixed well in advance with Kawaljeet at Enchi.As soon as I entered I saw a couple of kids running around without masks, 2 adults with their masks down probably had come for styling.Anyway, I didnt care much and asked about getting my haircut done. Suddenly a man from behind passes by and murmurs ‘Sandeep hai bol’.A guy at the desk immediately welcomed us by a “SORRY” and told us that Kalwaljeet will not be able to make it today.Is that the way? At least you could have informed me?!?! I said.“Sir, due to internet connectivity issues we couldn’t get back to you”.Do you even know to give excuses? Such a SHAME!I was quite regular in having my haircut at Enchi. Would never go back. Thanks.

Went for a hair cut after lockdown.Good care taken by giving a robe for hair cut and also mask. Also sufficient distance between two people while having a hair cut or other services. Found this saloon complying with safety standards

Extremely poor level of stylists. Got my haircut completely ruined and they were not able to fix it. They cut my hair really short. Also, the stylist was not even able to spot that they made my side locks and back grossly asymmetrical and when pointed out, they were not ready to accept their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I am not sure how they got so many good ratings. Don’t trust the ratings. Go to your regular salon. Never had such a bad haircut experience before.

I have visited the place quite a few times and the experience was really great every time.This time I took QOD treatment for my hair. The result is undoubtedly great!My frizzy, dull and unhealthy hair became silky and manageable. Mr. Sagar gave me the best haircut along with the treatment, and it came out so well. He gave me a new look.Very happy and satisfied with the service.And feel it’s worth the money. :)

The salon has a staff who does not entertain sensitive scalp and psoriasis conditions. They do not have an in-depth understanding of scalp and cosmetics to be hence used. Would like it if professionals are more cosmetic literate .
