Place is good. Only negative point is that they dont accept payment by options like Google pay or phone pay. They want cash or card. I couldnt find any place to sit for customers when they have to wait for sometime.

Currently on 16 aug 21 only the office is open as malls are closed & their shop is inside the mall for this location. In office you pay form bonds but cant buy any physical gold. Overall the service is good with humble employees and adequate sanitation.

Very bad service for online orders. We mentioned that its an urgent order but get only yes n OK replies. Incomplete details and no competency. We purchased gold always from png since I was a kid. But this experience pushes me to explore other options. PNG and Sons doesnt care about their customers anymore.

Very bad experience with staff. Old and senior staff was much more polite and professional. New and changed staff dont attend buyer properly not ready to talk about rates and making charges.. not willing for informing about any offers or discounts. Some female staff, instead feels appropriate to talk back to buyer how dealings done rather than clearing about available schemes.Having good design and brand name is not enough.People are interested in buying gold rather than taking classes of dealing, from PNG employees.. management should look into such things..We have been purchasing from same PNG branch since years but now we wont and will also suggest not to our close one. Thanks but no thanks for bad services.

Went here to purchase silver jewelry. But people are slow ( to motivate customer to see shop and think for new things to purchase) in sales, service. They have limited options. Repairs of the product purchased is not possible with them even you are ready to pay charges.You can visit here if you have time, money , you dont need variety, and you dont wish to go on Laxmi road.This store is to compensate profits of PNG stores.Many shopes on Sinhgad road which are having main store in Pune City are like this. This store is inside the Abhiruchi mall and convininiently located for residents of sinhgad road. They have all varieties of diamond, golden and silver ornaments and gift items as well. All gold items are hallmarked. Staff is courteous and helpful. This store is accessible friendly.
