If you are a vegetarian or in the mood of having scrumptious veg food, * द Vege टेबल* has got you covered! We had some delightful dishes there! > *Burmese Khow Suey*Burmese Khow Suey is a meal which is made with the goodness of various exotic vegetables and boiled noodles along with condiments like spring onion, roasted peanuts, fried onion, chillies and fried garlic. One great thing about this amazing Asian recipe is that, it can act as both, a dish and soup as well, whichever way you want to relish it. This dish is an incredible blend of flavours and nutrition both at the same time. It is full of exotic and healthy vegetables like broccoli, beans, zucchini, cauliflower, baby corns and what not! .> *Tikka Chaap*Nothing can go wrong with the Tikka having that char on. These soya chaap tikka balls are so soft that you won’t need to use a knife. Grab one tikka dip it in the mint chutney add a piece of onion on top and gulp it down with a smile! .>*Crispy corn chat*Fried corn kernels with chopped onion and tomatoes, chat masala and freshly chopped coriander, a perfect appetizer on a lazy weekend!.> *Pizza Mexicana*A pizza synonymous with Mexican toppings like corn and tomatoes (this also has Jalapeños in it). We are sure a hot cheese loaded pizza with airy crust is a must have to give you weekend feels on weekdays!.

With very limited pure vegetarian restaurants, this is one of the good one. A popular choice amongst nearby area.Food is of good quality and good taste.Little too costly for the overall service you get.Only thing I dislike the most is they do charge 7% service charge where there isnt much of a service, especially with covid situation. Also, they overcharge the bottled water and packaged drinks, and on top of that they add 7% service charge and all they do is give you the bottle.Humble request to the owner, with your overpriced menu, please stop putting 7% service charge and stop overcharging the packaged drinks.

Excellent place situated in the heart of pune. The place itself isnt huge but very well thought of. Theres option of outdoor as well as indoor dinning. Indoor dinning has enough space for arranging party of around 25 people. Coming to the food, the food was served a bit late but it was very delicious and was served piping hot. The taste was very balanced and the salad had the freshness that was expected at this price. The menu is well sought out for everyones liking. The menu has all the basic cusines like punjabi Italian etc. Highly recommended!

Amazing place. We had been there on a Sunday evening. The valet was ready to park our car on a rainy day. We were having a baby and the staff helped us get a nice corner table with a baby seat. The ambience was soothing and had green design coupled with interesting facts about vegetables. It gave a blend of a family restaurant coupled with soothing music. This was our unique experience for a Veg night out and trust me this restaurant really kept their status on serving the best vegetarian dishes and keeping their customer’s taste buds wanting for more. We were attended by Allam and he guided us with signature special dishes. We tried couple of dishes but just to name few, tempura vegetables and Tandoori tikka chaap. Must try place for all. The worst service ever. Mr. Niranjan and Mr Ramesh ruined my mothers 61st bday lunch. Inspite of prior booking (paid advance too) and setting the menu up, Mr Niranjan gave a reason that the kitchen is busy. He served 20 people with only 2 bowls of sabji and roti. And told us to wait for the next round of main course. With diabetic elders with us, we still had to wait 15mins (not exaggerating) for the second round of rotis and sabji. The salad, sides, etc that were promised for the full 4 course meal was not even served. Inspite of the complainants, there were no change in the service.Guess was just a stunt of the restaurant to compensate for the losses during the pandemic by promising us a great quality and service and not keeping their words and just charging for the most horrible food possible. Thanks Mr. Shirole, Mr Niranjan and Ramesh for ruining my mothers bday. The quality has gone way down south...

Had a wonderful time at The Vegetable last night. The ambience was very good - they had an outdoor seating that was covered from the top to avoid the impact of rain and an indoor air conditioned restaurant based on the theme of different vegetables with nice lighting and music (which was neither too loud, nor too soft). Perfect for a fine dining outing with friends or family Id say. The food was incredibly tasty and reasonably priced. Quantity was decent, but could be slightly better (at least for the main course). The staff was extremely hospitable and service was on time. Loved the experience and would come back again soon!

Located just beside Deccan Mall on FC Road, a modern veg restaurant serving delicious food. After a tiring saturday we decided to have our lunch here. They have both outside and inside seating with AC. We opted for AC sitting in afternoon. The entrance was quite vintage type with hut sand ambiance. The inside dining is like modern cafe. We got table immediately. We ordered the following dishes1. Crispy Corn Chaat -The chaat is a must for a corn lover. It was served hot and was crispy. The taste was quite good.2. Kadai Paneer-One of the best option for main dish, it was very delicious. Pander was soft and with well cooked and right portion of Capsicum. One of the best place in Pune serving Kadai Paneer. Credits to chef for this recipe.3. Green Thai Curry-We tried this instead of daal and was good. The veggies were little under cooked but the flavour of the curry made it delicious. It was served with rice and is sufficient only for one person. We ordered another steam rice.4. Wheat Roti-They serve wheat roti and not maida. Again appreciate it, may restaurants in Pune still serve maida tandoori roti. The roti was well cooked and tastes perfect with Kadai Pander.Staff was humble and polite. Service is fast and would be visiting here again to try more dishes.

This place was picked as a Zomato search for places withh Thai cuisine. Well not so much of a Thai place with only a couple of Thai choices!Stuffed Tandoor Mushrooms (3.0) - Well cleaned and tandoor tossed mushroom caps served with corridor paste and some tossed onion rings. The description is definitely misleading which is a downside. The caps are stuffed with mashed green peas and a perfect amount of tandoor masala. The mushrooms were definitely shy of cheese. On the flip side they were very soft and fresh. The spice and flavor of the marination is amazing and mouth watering.Pizza Mexicana (1.0) - A regular pizza with maybe marinara sauce at the base and only corn and jalapenos as the topping is definitely not very Mexican. The description is again misleading with regards to the topping when the words Like instead of Only. The base was adequately thin (as per my liking). Additional Herb and Spices felt to be a must for this pizza. Maybe some efforts with a few more toppings and experimenting with the base sauce would do great for the pizza and that might make it stand out from the other pizzas.Burma Style Noodles (3.0) - Bowled noodles soaked in coconut milk based yellow curry and served with bowled vegetables is almost always a show stopper for me. My first reaction when they served the dish was why am I served Maggi noodles, but with some vegetables being served with it and the mild smell of coconut did take that thought out of my head. I think the noodles needed to be better soaked in the curry and the dish should have had a lot of curry too. The noodles felt dry and especially without any additional curry the core taste was scarce. The dish was sky of the veggies in terms of the volume being served. Although the taste was still great a lot of working is required.Overall the place feels peaceful and comfortable to sit, eat, chat and have a great time. The service is very friendly. There is definitely one minus point for the overwhelming description and great shortfall in the actual delivery.I think this place can be on your Can Explore list. I would give it 2 out of 5 stars.

Some of that old-world charm. The original door and windows are still in place, and the furniture is an assortment of vintage and contemporary European-style chairs – inspired by the co-founders’ trips abroad. Muted earth tones of deep green, warm browns, and sunshine-yellow throughout the interiors of the restaurant befit the theme of ‘vegetables’ ideally – giving it an inviting vibe. Keeping in mind their audience of families with kids and young adults (students), the menu here is an eclectic mix of cuisines – so there’s something for everyone. Their vast menu spans global-inspired appetizers, mini plates, house-made pasta (gnocchi, ravioli, tortellini), salads, mains, thin-crust pizza, and tofu items (for vegans). There’s also an Indian and Oriental menu for those who like to play it safe, and last but not least – indulgent desserts! Try their PFC salad (pear, fig, feta cheese), khuboos (a leavened bread stuffed with cheese and veggies), mezze platter, pyaaz ki sabzi (made with baby onions), coco choco cheesecake (white chocolate and coconut cheesecake) and the gulabjam-rabdi parfait, to wind up your meal on a sweet note. For refreshments – pick from their list of fruity mocktails, thick shakes, and iced teas to beat the heat. This 90-seater property is ideal for a quick bite to eat, or a laid-back lunch. Veggies are the star here, and there are plenty of options for even the fussiest eaters to choose from. We like the variety – it means you’ll always have something new to try. They will also be opening a coffee bar/cafe in a space at the back of the property, which will serve delicious coffee, pastries, and assorted eat

Find a seat inside if you prefer posh ambience with dim lights and soothing music.Brace yourself to eat a substantial amount of Cottage Cheese as this vegetarian restaurant offers a wide range of Paneer dishes. The Vegetable’s Sambhal Tossed Cottage Cheese [INR 215/-] is quite addictive. Dressed in red marinade with peanuts and coconutty flavour, the paneer chunks are fresh and the onions and bell peppers give a little crunch to your bite. For a quick and tasty starter go for Papadi Paneer [INR 220/-]. A rare and innovative dish in which paneer cubes are marinated in curd based paste and then coated in roasted papad. For those drawn towards mushrooms, we recommend the Stuffed Tandoori Mushroom [INR 200/-]. A spicy preparation of button mushrooms which are stuffed with cheese and cooked on seekh in Tandoor. Don’t shy away from squeezing lemon over each bite. A desi starter option would be Tandoori Malai Phool [INR 220/-]. Cauliflower and Broccoli are the two types of phools cooked in a subtle cheesy marination which has a burst of flavors.Calzone isn’t something we’ve encountered before, but we’re glad that The Vegetable introduced us to it. An Italian starter, the Spinach and Corn Calzones [INR 215/-] is a bit salty, little crunchy yet flavourful. Another new item to be added to your range of food is the Spicy Cheesy Khuboos [INR 240/-]. A perfectly kneaded soft and puffy Arabian pita bread/flat bread made with wheat flour and stuffed with spicy vegetables is their best seller and goes well with drinks.Hope you aren’t stuffed because the main act is yet to arrive. Straight away go for their Burmese Khow Suey [INR 290/-]. Not only this is the cheapest Khow Suey available on this block but also it has tons of flavors. The garlic noodles when mixed with the delicately spiced coconut milk sauce and all the different contrasting condiments/toppings takes this dish to next level.Tofu a la Piastra [INR 225/-] is an incredible demonstration of simple goodness, with nothing more than grilled tofu marinated in Garlic, Lemon and Rosemary. We were genuinely unaware that Tofus were capable of tasting this way.  Whatever’s going on here is beyond our understanding of Soy based soft white blocks, but you definitely want it on your table. If you want to stick to Desi Mains then go for the Pyaz Ki Sabzi when has onions in a gravy and get the Delhi Naan to clean up the curry from your plate. For desserts, you have Swiss River Dance, White Chocolate Coconut Cheesecake, Gulabjam Rabadi Parfait, Carrot Halwa with Saffron Mousse.

The restaurant accepts reservations, especially try dine-out to avail offers. It has valet parking, non charged. The food service is really fast. Its best to only order Continental food here. As the size of the Indian Main Course dishes is really small, consider ordering 2 dishes instead of 1, but the tastes really good. Do, remember to ask them to avail the dineout offer as they usually dont do that.

Great ambiance, awesome taste. The pizza should have been roasted for some more time. Both the soups, pastas were spot on!

I visited this place for my sisters birthday party. It was quite disappointing as the service provided was not upto the mark. Here is what I liked and disliked.Ambience 4/5 : This restaurant is centrally located. Its next to R Deccan mall just after crossing the Sambhaji bridge. They have good space for outdoor as well as indoor sitting. They also have a cafe at the backside. Overall the ambience was good. However, I felt outdoor lighting little dim for a dine in restuarant.Food 4/5 : The food taste was above my expectations. We ordered veg manchow soup, tomato & pudina shorba, papadi paneer, nachos, paneer roshali, veg jalfrazi, roti and jira rice. The soup was awesome especially tomato & pudina shorba. It was very flavorful with flavours of pudina, coriander, cumin and groundnuts. The starter papadi paneer was also tasty. Its was crunchy outside and soft inside. I found main course usual with nothing great in terms of taste. However, jira rice was again flavorful and delicious.Service 1/5 : This is where I was very disappointed. The reviews posted on Zomato report very good service. So I dont know if it was with us only that we were not served properly. First the waiters did not serve the starters. We had to tell them to bring plates and serve the starters. That we ignored but when it came to main course it was like why we chose this restaurant. It took them 30-35 minutes to place complete order after ordering it. When we complained about the delay the behaviour of staff was very rude. I talked with the management and then only they provided us the best service possible.I think they need to coach their staff on customer communication. IMO, this is a nice place if you dont care about service.

This place is a paradise for vegetarian food eaters. Its located in the heart of the city, and the ambiance is pretty relaxing with outdoor and indoor seating available. The interiors are decorated to give a soothing experience, and you will find couple of pictures on the walls telling us the story of how this place was turned from an abandoned building into this amazing vegetarian restaurant in just around 6 months.Talking about the food, here are some of my recommendations. For appetizers, Spinach and Corn Calzones is a delightful dish. The bread is absolutely light and soft, which is stuffed with cooked spinach, corn and cheese. It tasted amazing and works great as an appetizer.Spicy Cheesy Khuboos - Veggies with melted cheese wrapped with pita bread, this one is absolutely delicious. Especially the melted cheese makes it very flavorful.Sambal tossed Cottage Cheese was one of my favorites, and a must try. The Paneer was absolutely fresh and soft, which was tossed in peanut sauce, making it amazingly delicious to eat.Papadi Paneer turned out to be as tasty as it looked from outside. Cubes of Paneer coated with crumbs of roasted spicy Papad, served with green mint chutney.Tandoori Malai Phool is a great dish as it makes Brocolli taste amazing. Its a yummy mix of Cauliflower and Brocolli covered in creamy cheese marinated perfectly in spices. For the mains, Burmese Khow Suey is a dish very well presented, pleasant to your eyes and your tongue. Noodles, served with spicy coconut curry and a variety of toppings that you can put as per your choice. Roasted peanuts, fried onions, chopped green chilies and coriander give us a lot to choose from and make the serving even more savory.Tofu Alla Piastra is another exquisite plate of Tofu, marinated in Garlic, Lemon and Rosemary. The Tofu was again very fresh and tasted heavenly. For pasta lovers, Tortellini in Red Pepper Sauce is a good choice. Tortellini were basically dough chunks filled with spinach and cheese, and the sauce was spiced up with Red Peppers and tomatoes.Pizza lovers can also satisfy their tummies here with the Renaissance Pizza. Thin crust, layered with cheese and topped with veggies including bell peppers, tomatoes and onions. All desserts here are presented beautifully, especially the Swiss River dance. The plate looked quite enticing, filled with Brownie, Vanilla Ice-cream, Choclate syrup, Cookie, Caramel, Choclate balls, Choclate truffle and Caramelized nuts.My favorite of the desserts was the Gulabjam Rabadi Parfait. The sweetness in the Rabadi was absolutely on point, and not overdone as it is generally done, which mde it deliciuos and heavenly. Gulabjamun in it was very soft. The Coconut Cheesecake is also worth giving a try.Overall, The Vege Table is a great place to enjoy for a meal, and to try a wide range of Vegetarian dishes with your family or friends.

The Vege Table is relatively new joint situated on FC road.It serves vegetarian food only. They offer both indoor and outdoor seatings. On weekends its jam packed. Food taste is just average. Service is slow. The food served to us was barely warm. It was not a pleasant experience. Lot of scope for improvement.

A nice vegetarian restaurant opposite to Good Luck cafe. Parking 4 wheeler is an issue as we had to park our vehicle on Apte Road. They claim to have a valet parking facility available but you dont come to know until and unless you call and inquire. The food was good but the portions are less. The food portion can be improved. All the captains were very well dressed which you dont get too see in most of the restaurant in Pune. We wish to visit soon in the evening to witness live performances.
