There is no one to receive customer. The entry is through agent jack bar and they showed us the way to eternia rooftop. When we got there, even a bottle of water took more than 15 minutes to arrive and we had to request them many times to take our order. There were hardly 20 people for 5-7 waiters. The waiters were giving priority to high class people and we decided to leave. None of the waiters even confronted us or asked any feedback. We were like ghost to them.

Not worth of even giving one star. The worst place even been to. Not spacious, unhygienic, and smelled absurd. The food was stale and the quantity of food is very less. Not a suitable place for kids nor a place for family dine. Only a place for drinkers and smokers. People were smoking infront of kids. Pathetic service. The cloths of the workers stinked and the food stinked aswell.

Food is really average; do ask for the best rated dishes before ordering, their table service is pretty slow, so if you want to eat at ease this is a great place. Note that the entrance to Eternia is through agents bar. The ambience is really nice; I think there would great views during day; during the night: the look over sort of faces the SB road, and surprisingly not many city lights.We ordered corn starter; it turned out pretty cold. Red thai curry had some major authentic flavors missing. The chefs special Pizza has overloaded mozzarella cheese.

Well the ambience here is awesome and party like... N the staff was well behaved and polite... The service was a bit slow though.. We ordered some cocktails, cheese nachos, mutton raan, a couple of roti, naan and sizzling Brownie.. Cocktails were pretty good... A good place for cocktail lovers... Specially the pina colada was amazing!! The cheese nachos actually tasted nothing more than papdi chaat... Not worth it! The roti and naan were good.. Though I felt the portion size was a bit small... The sizzling brownie was min blowing! The taste of mutton raan was good... The flavours and the juicy texture was nice, though I felt some part of it was amazing and juicy while some part remained a lot chewy... Overall a good place...

I would suggest to avoid this place for budget events.The ambience of this place is quite nice. Being a rooftop place, the open roof arrangements as well as the temporary roof arrangements keep the place well ventilated adding to the beautiful ambience.They missed out on 2/5 stars for the poor service which they provided. They mustve been understaffed or are having a highly inefficient staff. We sat at the place for more than 2.5 hours and did not get served water for the first 1 hour, despite of asking, pleading, ordering, and trying our best to get water. Not once did the waiter/captain/any other member of the staff visit the table on his own. The proud staff attended us only after we requested/pleaded/called each one atleast twice (seems to be a part of their training).Overall this place is great to visit once in a while for some nice food, drinks and ambience with friends or for casual meetups. The food is costly but the taste makes up for it. Other than the inefficient service providers, I would recommend all other services provided by the place.

One of the old and good rooftop restaurant in prime location of Pune owned by Goldy (who also owns Agents Jack, FML and Bebe di Rasoi) food is good, staff are very welcoming and ambiance is beautiful (especially in the night). In addition to this they offer attractive discount on dineout and Zomato pro.Scope of improvement : indoor ambiance can be improved for day time visitors.

The quality of food is so bad. We have waited for almost 50 Mins for starter to arrive ( Hari Mirchi ka paneer tikka) - 7 pc only.Quantity is very limited. Ambience is good but there was Continuous loudspeaker with high volume which disturbs you. Staff was just roaming around here and there and did not pay attention to the orders and customers. Also, 3-4 staff people were gathered around one table unnecessarily.Prices are quiet on higher side as compared to quantity of the food.Not recommended ..... !

Extremely poor service. The soup ordered came almost after 40 mins that too it was not hot at all. I ordered the Tres Pasta and waited almost for 45 mins. Later the waiter said it will take 20-25 mins more. All of this on a weekday. I am not sure, but maybe they have reduced staff to follow COVID protocol. But I was very disappointed with the service. Also, I was surprised to know that there is a parking charge taken at the building as the restaurant does not have its parking.

I visited this place with my friends. And got little disappointed as ambience was not that beautiful as they showed it in pictures.- also agent jacks and eternia are on the same floor. And staff is also the same as per my observation- I shall prefer this place for drinks. As rooftop view is the only best thing they have got.- staff was friendly and helpful .- we ordered pinacolada, captain Morgan, flaming Lamborghini shots and sangria . And I loved the way they served us drinks decoratively.- the music was good and we enjoyed here

One of the worst hospitality experience Ive ever had. That too on Valentines day. I had my booking for 7.30 PM. But at the venue, I was told to wait in line for 30 mins saying that it will be First Come First Serve. Why bother letting people book?.Got placed at around 8.15PM. And, the waiting started. We were left unattended for a good 30 minutes. And the servers were running around the place like headless chickens. I dont even blame them. The organizing was terrible to say the least. After ordering the food, we waited for 40-45 minutes to be served only half of what we ordered. We got the rest in the next 20 minutes after constant reminders.The worst came after this. My wife had asked at least 5 different servers over 30 mins for a bottle of drinking water before they got that. This should be the last place you should think of when you want to go for a romantic dinner.Worst. Dining Experience. Ever.The one star is for the taste of the food.

As buffet lunch was not allowed due to Corona protocol, we were served snacks etc on table, which happened to be cold and were served after much waiting and reminders. We specifically ordered the red wine from the menu but apparently, they served us a wine which was off the menu without informing us about the prices and stuff... On the Menu, the red wine cost 280 rs/glass but they charged us 550rs/glass as the wine was international and premium; they said. Now, the question arises that;1. Why didnt they informed us about international and premium wine before serving?2. When we specifically asked for red wines from the menu, then why did they give us the international and premium wine?3. Why werent we informed that the wine which is being served to you is off the menu and we charge a different amount for that?I dont mind paying whatever amount it is but why Thaag your customers??Food: Yaaks! Pasta without salt! and I dont even want to write about Burt garlic rice.And then... after we complained, the manager says Sir, aapka galti haina sir! aapnae pucha kyu nahi wine kae baarae mai hmko! aap puchtae toh hm btatae na aapko!Manager saahab... customer mai hun ya aap? Rather than solving the issue, he was interested in stretching it! Thankfully, they agreed when we said that we dont want to pay the service charge. Eternia rooftop restaurant gives you a beautiful view of the sunset from the 12th floor .You get to the the night lights from the top.

Went for their Sunday brunch, and it was amazing. They had bar takeover going on where you could make your own cocktails.Coming to food, they had a variety of starters ranging from planner tikka to pizza, and live pasta counter to cheese and corn croquettes !The main course also had a lot of Variety with Biriyani and lot of paneer options and dal eternia. The service was amazing and super quick. Plus one for that.The brunch buffet is only there on Sunday with some live music.Overall loved the experience and the place is a must visit if you are looking for great ambiance and view with good food and amazing service.

They accepted booking on 2nd Feb,2021 for valentines night. But when we reached they told its all full. If its full or u cant manage walk in crowd then they should have not confirmed me booking. They had confirmed us on call also on 14th Feb, 2021 noon.. when we asked then to arrange if possible they told they will arrange in just 10min and then that guy never showed up.My only point is confirm booking only if u have capacity to accommodate.Thank you so much for leaving us clueless on special day
