Food- 5/5 food quality is good and tasty.Ambience- 5/5 this is a very excellent place to have a quite dinner with your family, ambience is damn good.Service- 4/5 I have taken one star from this place because of the manager who was attending us. He was quite arrogant he doesnt even smile throughout the evening. If you ask him any questions related to food or drinks he just mumble something which is not even understandable and gives you a feeling that he is not happy to answer your queries.Price- 4/5 the another second star was for price of food. The restaurant is highly costly. they are famous in their particular region so may be because of it their prices are extremely high.

Ambience was very good. We ordered fish and chicken. Both were very tasty with good quantity. Staff were also very nice. Giving 3 star as we ordered at 1:15 pm and food came at 2:10 pm. So beside all being wonderful, time to serve make you feel irritated. Hope they work on that.

One of the best restaurants in Pune to satisfy your taste buds. We have recently visited here couple days back for having dinner . Quality of food was excellent. Waiters who served us and everyone were cleaning tables and serving food simultaneously, that also without sanitising their hands regularly . Though everyone was vaccinated , this kind of lapse makes a big difference when you follow COVID protocol. No one was following the protocol . 2 Stars minus for that. I am not finding fault with the waiter . Rather i do blame the management . Hotel management needs to give proper COVID protocol orientation to them. Otherwise serving good food is of no use.

Absolutely unprofessional. My family was visiting me in Pune and I booked a table here. The guy, Mr. Pravin, assured me of the booking. And when I finally reach here with 10 people, and the guy very rudely and very non-chalantly says to my face to wait for 1 hr+ if you want to eat here. When I told him about my booking, he simply said that they do not follow any such thing. Dude, we are not dying to eat at this place. But have the courtesy to tell the truth or keep your word

Extremely slow service (60 mins for food), unresponsive staff and an extremely poor experience characterise my first interaction with this place. Guess this is my last visit to a place that’s uninterested in its customers. Except the food, there’s a lot to be fixed at this place. Horrible horrible horrible !

The restaurant staff, Manager Mr.Patil in particular is very admant, non cooperative and arrogant, though the time mentioned on the official website is 11 pm, I reached with my family at 10 p however he simply refused to allow us inside, I requested him and brought to his notice about the time bur he kept on refusing the requests, this shows the complacency of the staff and their casual, Pathetic approach towards the regular customers.

Taste is good but very slow and poor service! Make sure you order everything before you start eating else they will make you wait everytime for 20 mins

Good Yummy Testy Food, After Renovation we tried so we enjoy.In last week we visited this place and we tried multiple dishes. We all really enjoy it. Right from Soup, Starter, Main Course and DesertsIn started Chicken was good but specially we love Kothimbir Chatpata Tikki, In Main course Butter Chicken and Garlic Nan was awesome dont miss that. Also we tried some Chinese options which was good Chicken Burn Garlic Rice or something like.Service was good bit slow, can improve.What we did not like Thai Green Curry and Mock tails too much Ice. i.e. some can change.

The quality of food is unmatched, Sarjaa has maintained it all the time, which is remarkable. I have always loved the chiken biriyani and reshmi kababs and soups is a must try.They also serve alcholic drinks.The songs played are old hindi classics , thet go very well with the ambience and the food.This one is my personal top pick , if you want to enjoy food with family.To let out a little secret, this is owned by none other than bharat ratna lata mangeshkar. BTW you can see all her awards on display at the entrance of the restaurant.

This place SARJAA has been a classic old time place not only in aundh but also in pune. the whos who of pune had this place as their favorite and still do visit. recently the place has been renovated (after 22 years) and the menu too has been upgraded. The newer addition to the address is the newly decked up outdoor all day cafe (serves beers and cocktails) which will start serving soon. but the main restaurant is renovated and up and running. the food is damnnn good..!! the old favorite butter chicken finds a place in the new menu with other exotic veg and nonveg dishes..! The place has an updated bar too serving premium beers , cocktails and liqueurs..!PS: dont miss out on checking out Lata Mangeshkars original Filmfare trophies kept here as memorabilia along with other original trophies of Shri Hrudainath Mangeshkar..!

Overall good experience..not amazing

Sarja is one of the legendary outlets in pune. The place has a very royal, clean and calm ambience with great old music going on. We decided to sit in the indoor section. We had gone to have butter chicken so we order it with butter naan and some draught with it. The draught came in a 0.5L glass. The butter chicken took a little longer. It tasted good but was missing the butter chicken element in it. They quantity was good but somehow we werent satisfied with the taste. Also it is a bit expensive. Might have to try it again.

It is a all day dining place. Fish rava fry is a must try. Weekends the place is crowded.

This our all time favorite Restaurant. The food Quality is very up to the mark. We visited this place yesterday and they follow all COVID safety measures.Value for money !

Ambience was good .we ordered veg crispy and kadayi paneer..it was not that much good.. kadayi paneer contains lots of khada masala ..wont recommend this place..overrated...thats costs 900 RS for 2 people...345 for kadayi paneer !!!

Food was good and so was the service. Old time fine dine of Aundh. Found them to be a little lacking in covid precautions. They should have also had their open air area on, I would prefer sitting outside, rather then in an enclosed environment with regulated air circulation, but not treated or purified

Liked that they are so corona concious it is a no touch restaurant. Taste was good. Ambience perfect. As against other restaurants they havent compromised on taste or have not.imcreased.their prices but there was one thing objectionable. In the bill they added 5% as service charge. They should have asked before adding it. When asked what the service.charge was about they said this is the tip to the waitersLet the people decide how much tip to pay, you dont add it as service charges.

Very good food. Limited options though. Even if they have the dish, it is not clearly mentioned in the menu. E.g. limited options for soup but of you all them for it, they will provide it to you. For e.g. chicken manchow is not in the menu, but you all them for it they will serve you the same.

Delicious food in liberal quantity. Disclosure: Have always preferred takeouts from this place (usually non-veg). Doing so regularly for few years now, including in these Covid times. The quality of the food hasnt wavered.

Fogginess seen in the glass was not because it was chilled before serving, it s because the glass was served without whipping.No concerns for serving the clichéd menu, but I expected some good cooking.Overall 7/10 for ambience, and 2/10 for food.
