I had office party here the place was quite good loved it the crowd and the place too...As well as they took care of basic rules due to COVID 19 maintained social distancing as well everything was perfect..Only the Dj was not that good he played good songs in the End..Food was not up to the mark just normal taste ....Overall would rate 8/10...

Worst experience ever !!Im a regular visitor of this place so..I went to this place on sunday and the moment i arrived the guy at the reception just pulled me out and shouted at me to pay 1k and go inside although i had my girlfriend with me.It was so embarrassing before her.And for the first time I paid this amount for no reasonno coupons given.you guys need to look into this.I didnt had any problem in paying!the least you can do is to talk politely to your customers .

Great place to spend the friday night.

I visited this place with my work family. Good place to hang around with its soothing music and ambience made more touching because of the view of the city from there.Had dozens of dishes here and none disappointed. It aint gonna be light on your pocket though(FYI). But feels great to just be here.One thing which kept it from a 5 starer 🌟 is that the seating arrangement were not provided properly. With all these efforts made to make it a perfect place for people to come and enjoy, Also at least provide them with ample space to sit properly.Anyways I do recommend this place for good dinner plans!!#HappyEating

Penthouze Nightlife is nice place to chill. Location is awesome. It is on 13th floor. You can nicely view City from here. Well ventilated place. Bit crowded while closer to the night. There is dance floor with nive DJ if someone is looking for it. Ample car parking is available in the basement.

Its very nice place to visit chill with friends, its served hard liquor, its place have many crawd every day. Service are late. Nice place to enjoy. Penthouse nightclub are very nice.

It’s locAted on the terrace floor of onyx- the place where Citibank is present.You just can’t miss the kp road view and a cool breezeThe drinks are really served well and the starters are tasty.The only down side was that the parking is charged. I wish i could rate it zero.I had my worst experience of celebrating my friends birthday here.We were a group of 10 people, we had already booked the table by calling the staff in advance but we still had to pay(12k) in advance just to sit on the table.But just that was not the issue. The service was not good.The management was the worst. We had to leave the place @12:30 just because these had some issues with the police. Even after paying the bill we couldnt eat out ordered food just because of the management these guys had.Ruined the day and the mood.

Poor Management and most unprofessional DJ. Bartenders seem to be the dumbest of the lot. Pathetic service and sluggish attitude. They are only concerned of closing the pub after 01:00 and care the least about the customers. The pub attracts good crowd from amongst the city. Had the management been a little more professional, prompt and friendly, this would have been one of the best places to hangout and chill with friends.Worth mentioning, they always do have some issue(s) with the cops.. God knows why..?.?

The place is good and awesome ambience, and it is on top floor so you can imagine view of beauty, but service is slow and DJ have poor quality. Also one thing I will add here there is separate entry fees, there is no cover inside and we have pay separately for each order. All others are awesome.

The price of for was very costly. Quality of the food was also bad. Quantity of the food was less. There was no dj. The songs were played by music player. There was no dance floor. They were closing the place before time.

Can i suggest you a small change to save your reputation. Kindly change your DJ.. he has very poor playlist. Highly disappointed last night.!!

Very poor service considering the price point at which they have positioned themselves. The gentlemen at the door are not friendly or reasonable at all. We had to go downstairs to pick up a friend and we were repeatedly told that re-entry is not allowed. We had to assure them that the rest of our friends are still at the table. We were celebrating an occasion but ultimately decided to leave after a few drinks due to the disappointment.

We visited the place on the 28th December after enquiring through phone.There is a list of unprofessional events that took place throughout the evening which made it my worst ever experience in pune.1.the information given on phone and in person regarding cover charges and base table amount for reservation was not conveyed accurately. It was only told after we took entry inside after payment. When we told we would like to get the money back and leave, we were denied as we paid by card and not cash.2.After the initial setback we decided to stay positive and look forward to the food however in vain. The food chicken bbq wings and chicken tikka was served cold and the manager was giving excuses of the delay causing the food to get cold. Pathetic and lies!3. The club overall promises a good evening but in the end heavily disappointed us in every aspect.NOT RECOMMENDED!

Extremely insensitive staff, last night we were a group of 8 persons nearly 45 years of age bracket with one expectant young mother, we were refused entry by the guard only coz one male was in closed good sandals! Manager did not even bother to come out and meet us, kudos to the hospitality going to the dogs!!

If you are looking to host a private party, a total Dissatisfaction. When you buy a gold package, they will give you silver package and charge you with Gold charges.Very bad service.After 11:00 pm it wont be a private party anymore. They will allow other people into a private party for their own benefit even if you book the entire space.

On the name of Bollywood music playing Hollywood songs on an alternative basis.2ly, some Staff members are supportive3ly, Crowd was not good. I have been to PH last week, the ambiance is awesome, staff is really good and will make sure you are getting your order on time even if there is a lot of crowd, what i didnt like abt PH is its owners behavior towards his staff, he is too rude and doesnt care abt people around so i guess going there would only encourage him to do so! So a big No to PH now onward!

Awesome place ,awesome ambience but the only thing that disappointed me was the music. Very rare Bollywood nights and as far as weekly parties are concerned they wont play bollywood songs before 2 am no matter how much you convince them. Thats really sad!

Good for nothing - They have a penthouse where few tables are placed but one can not enjoy since the arrangements are not good ! Very poor in service and too much overrated !! Drinks and food are also expensive ! Not recommended at all.

We visited as team nearly 70+. But these people cheated us and they could not match up to the expectation. they are very slow on Startes and DJ are very bad. Our team was fully disappointed. Staff just on apology and sorry note.I would recommend think before you book the Large party at this place.

If they are having 2 private parties they should let guests know when entering or stop accepting more entries. More than Half the area was booked for private party. The service was pathetic, waiters are rude. None of the staff including manager cares about your feedback or what are you asking for, they are just taught to apologize and continue being rude. DJ was not so good either. I would prefer other pubs like Miami or Localz over Penthouse anytime. Please ask at entrance if they are having private party when you enter to ensure you have good time.
