Id submitted application to revise home loan to newly reduced rate, but changes still not done since 2 months. They dont answer call or reply back to emails also. Really poor customer service.
SBI Pune City is NOT picking call. I have repaid my Home loan and wrote email to close account as advised by their SBI Pune city branch Ms Chandak mam. But no reply to my email. No phone pickup. It bad experience
The bank is an absolute representation of a government place. I had been there on Friday to cancel and draft and the lady on the counter said that the machine for draft isn’t working so come on Monday. I took all the details from her and went to the bank on Monday. And to my surprise the lady is on leave for a week. There is no demand draft machine that you require to cancel a dd. The receptionist and he gatekeeper were helpful and after that i was just made to play a marygoround from table to table for an hour and my request was put in a pending file. It will be processed after the lady on leave is back. As the post goes higher they have no respect while talking and no sense of helplessness. Somethings will never change.
They never answer calls. I mean a person calls only if there is an emergency and the phone in the bank are meant to be answered and talk to customers and resolve any queries they might have.Really disappointed with the bank.

I came to know why everybody hates SBI.My Journey starts 2 days back, when I was inquiring about opening the savings account and without even looking at me, there were some forms flying passed me by lady at the counter and with extreme rudeness Fill this.Now today around 1 p.m. Was visiting the branch and try to submit already filled hard copies of the forms collected 2 days back and was absolute surprised with the answer This is not required and we will open your account digitally. But within few mins. SBI tagline came from the counter Lunch Time he abhi... bad me ana. I revisited the branch at 3, and at that time they have already made blunder by loosing/misplacing some customers cheque book and pass-book. I wait for another 30 mins. Then, the the lady at the counter said I am not able to process your Aadhar due to server is down. Wait for another 30 mins. Finally, everything was settled and for some verification of the form had to visit another lady which was already in disgust due to her family issues (She was constantly talking over the phone and the customers which are senior citizens are waiting in the queue for her assistance.) was waiting in queue for another 30 mins and when it was my turn, I was literally red faced when heard its already 4.30. branch is closed. You should be thrown out from the branch on 4 only. Finally after some consecutive requests, my account created at 5 pm. These unprofessional from the government banks like SBI must stamp in their mind PEOPLE LIKE US ARE PAYING THE TAXES AND THATS WHY YOU ARE GETTING PAID
Have to wait for long time for any business to be done. They never answer your phone call
This is the worst ever branch, nobody has sense to talk also their work timings starts from 11 and ends at 2.30, and even nobody responses to call, employees behave like they are doing favours for customers,
Why they are not picking phone??Plz remove landline if there is no use of it.
No response at all (Not over email and not even on phone), It really make situation Worst, Getting 1 document from bank is also a challenge.
