Budget friendly cake shop. Cream was more cake was less. Taste of cake was good. Also cake was delivered on time.

Too much cream in it. The sponge was dry and rasmalai was hard to find.

Cakes available are very tasty this place never fails to surprise me with good taste and new flavors of cakes. Personally order my birthday party cakes from this place. The best thing about them is they provide variety of cakes in reasonable price will definitely recommend for all!!

Ordered cake one day prior but shop failed to write the name on the cake .Really disappointed in staff.Very bad customer service experience. Staff was not even apologized for there mistake.Really ruined the suprise .

Cake Quality, Variety, Service and delivery is overall very good. The owner is very humble and helped us alot during our cake factory visit for school. I would recommend The Cake Factory to everyone.

The worst cake maker in Vishrantwadi.I had asked them to prepare a white Forest cake customised one.They charged Rs400 for the same but cake doesnt worth Rs50.. only white cream and bread 🍞 was there..few pieces of white chocolate piece was in there.Never buy or order cake from Cake factory.It didnt taste like cake,it was only burnt bread and cream.I never recommend anyone.

Worst cake ever had.Ordered JCB cakeChildren mouth literally became blue and colour was not going even after wash. Same with guest too.Cake is also not fresh, in just 2 hours it completed spoiled and smelling bad. I ordered 1.5 kgs and thrown completely.Bought fresh cake from some other place and did the celebration.Worst worst worst experience. I will never suggest this shop for anyone.

Found half alive cockroach inside the cake. Couldnt take it back to shop since it was thrown away in ultimate disgust. To add to the misery, it was the bday boy who found it in his serving.

I bought the chocolate marble cake which was ½ kg for ₹250. Althought a little sweet to my liking, yet the cake was very nice, especially the chocolate on top. And it wasnt the sort of cake wherein you only find cream and no cake. For the amount it was for (cheaper than all other cake shops) I found the cake to be extremely well-made and delicious. Both eggless and with egg options are available in all the cakes.

Wish I had reviewed earlier, absolutely bad experience. We ordered chocolate cake and the it was burnt, kids dint even eat. Called the owner, his name is Ali, this person has no manners and cant keep his words, and later dint pick my call. While I returned the cake , his staff confirming that the chocolate was burnt, the owner had no courtesy at all to say sorry . Would never ever ever ever recommend any friends or family to buy any stuff from this shop, would rather spend a couple more hundreds and buy from a reputed cake shop. Absolute THUGS !

Worst cake shop... Not fresh... I bought rainbow cake in afternoon... And by evening it started smelling badly... Thrown it.. And bought new one from another shop... Spoiled the birthday party... Worst cake shop... Avoid it...

They have there unique designs of cake as compare to other shops..quality and taste of cakes is good and worth with respective of there prices of cake ...talking about there delivary of cake they give a fast delivary also delivary boys of there shops are very polite ...whenever we order cake from this shop we got so earlier delivary...the main thing about there shop is they dont keep cakes after 1 day ..all they refer is fresh stock...photocakes also they give you withing half an hour

The cake order was given almost 1.5 hours after commited time. The chocolate sponge used in cake was bit hard, they dont store raw material in hygienic condition and is stored upstairs in open....
