I placed the order at 3:30 pm and the time slot was between 8 to 9pm. And the cake was to be delivered at an Army Area which means that there is time curfew .I call up the customer care and they say that they are not aware that army has curfew. It is 10:30pm now and still no sign of the delivery boy. This is such a disappointment. The delivery boy says 1 hour more.My suggestion is DONT cause so much inconvenience to your customers. Hire more boys for delivery on peak days .A very sincere request. You should have so much respect to the army and prioritize them.Thank you.

The fresh fruit cake ordered was very good with fresh cream and fruits - however the cake was missing the fresh kiwis as seen on the photograph. Still very good quality and worth the price especially as I could do it online at literally just a few hours in advance. The bouquet too was of excellent quality. I am in France and wanted to order anniversary Cake for my parents. The order time was 6-9 but later I wanted the cake at 6 pm only. I contacted just cakes and they lived upto the mark and send the cake at 6 exactly. The cake was better than showed in the pictures. This surprise made my parents very happy and whole family had a awesome time while conferencing through video call.

I am very dissatisfied with their service. On the occasion of Valentines Day I ordered the cake to deliver to my wife at Chinchwad along-with the message (card). I did give them more than enough time (required time to process and deliver the order). Still they couldnt make it. They didnt deliver the cake within the time slot they promised. The delivery was too late in the evening. The message (card) was not included with the box. They simply ruined the moment.So I recommend not to do business with these guys. They are not capable of keeping their promise showcased on their website.

They say First impression should always be good, well in my case it was great. And Just Cakes did really well in making the memories as sweet and amazing as I would have hoped. Caramel Butterscotch cake that I ordered for my friends birthday was in true words best taste for money.

Initially payment was done and website took too long to process and showed nothing. I called there customer care at least 10 times but no one picked up. Then at last my order got confirmed.No delivery till 1 in the night while I am writing this review. The delivery boy’s number is not reachable or off. Just cakes just spoiled my whole plan. I will never recommend it.

I ordered a cake on 27th Jan i.e. today the timings for delivery was between 3 to 6 but the cake wasnt delivered even at 9pm. Tried calling their customer care but the call was forwarded. The delivery boy first called and mentioned that he is reaching in 10 min at around 8.15pm. As the delivery was not received by 8.30pm i again called the delivery boy to check the update on which he mentioned that he will take another 30 minutes as he is out of petrol. Tried calling the head person to whom I spoke earlier but he kept disconnecting my call.Worst experience ever my guest were waiting since 7.30pm, the worst part is they didnt had the courtesy to apologize.

The cake quality was good. But on Birthday cake they have not mentioned any message instead they have written it note. How one can give blank birthday message. Also, inspite of saying free delivery , charged us delivery charges and discount shown on site but not provided any discount. Cake charges were more than usual.

Quality of Rasmalai Pista Cake was very good. Customer care service was pretty nice. On time delivery, had a great experience & will definitely order again. However one suggestion, the creamy icing is huge on your cake. Try to have the icing less which somewhere ruin the actual taste of cake.
