Attitude of people working here is terrible. You will be paying more than normal. We had ordered cake from here 2 days before and even after proper order, on the day of occasion we got the same cake that was on the display before 2 days. Even the worker confirmed that. As we didnt want to spoil birthday at last moment, we had no choice other than bringing that cake. Worst thing was that the worker said- why did you order the same cake that was on display!! Terrible. I was regular customer since many years but now NO to this place and will never recommend this.

One of the oldest bakeries in town, NPB as we fondly call it, boasts of having the best puff patties.Lately though, i have seen a sad and quite obvious fall in their quality.Hope they come back.

I have been eating Veg Pattice since 2001 (every Sunday) in this outlet, but nowadays the taste of pattice is not good after eating we feel like पित्त ... also 1 more bad experience i got is they are extending the pizza base expiry date by changing batch labels and same old base inside. pics are added for same.I purchased same base 4 days later which was at my home and the previous base which I purchased was fresh than i brought later which had fungi with expiry date of later.

Hopeless place because its under bad management. The service is poor and have to wait for long when crowded. The people giving service at food counter plays/Masti like kids play in park. They dont entertain customer in sequence of order or take it on priority. 2 star I am giving for food. I recommend this place only when NO crowd. Theres no Senior/Manager I saw to watch that everything runs smoothly and customers are happy. They need to change there self service process too - one customer one person should service but here we have to run to different counters.

Very nice environment and chill place to hangout. But when we ordered cheese puff there was no cheese in it. Dissapointed in the food service. But very affordable so thats a plus.

But good for quick bite .
