Guys, the plant and cake that was delivered to me was not as ordered. Jade plant pot shape was small and round(should have been oval flat and big). There were no white stones in it. I had ordered half kilo choc cake, they gave 250 gms cake. Immediately after the delivery i called up customer care and registered a complaint. As asked, I sent them the pics too via email and chat. Their customer care is the WORST i have encountered. On chat they dont respond at all. Customer care executives on chat treat you like hell. No courtesy, no politeness. Its been more than 3 days, no resolution and reply from them. Waste of time, energy and money.

Their customer care number is always busy and theres no other way to contact them. Looks like I wasted my money. Please go with Ferns n Petals if you live in Pune. Ferns n Petals is the best, and their service is quick. Plus they always answer your calls.

Dont recommend using this service at all. In spite of placing the order 24 hours prior, they failed to deliver. There was no communication from their end stating that there would be any delay and the reasons for the delay. Their customer care is really useless unfortunately; the numbers would not work neither their live support. Let me tell you the delivery is yet to be made and the occasion has long passed. Money spent regretted.

Ordered a Rakhi to be delivered in US with a promise of delivery by August 1( 2 days before Rakhi). They charged Rs 1340/- for just one Raakhi without any add-ons. Bought it just for the purpose of it getting delivered before Raakhi. Today is Aug 7 and it is still not delivered. Ordered first time through this site and now realise that it is a fraud site just to cheat. Please be aware and better avoid this fraud site.

Absolutely disappointing and pathetic service. Ordered a plant and rakhi yesterday on Rakshabandhan occasion in Nagpur and a disgusting plant without soil or sticker was delivered (worth Rs 650) . I was highly embarassed infront of my family. Tried reaching customer care via phone and email and got no response since two days.Please order via ferns n petals much reliable or any other portal but not floweraura.

PLease dont use their service...My Sister made order for Rakhi well before 10-12 days and it still didnt get delivered and they cancelled this order by themselves at very last moment. They gave express delivery option but rakhi not delivered yet. This is very very disappointing. Worst experience ever , ordered rakhi from flower aura and the expected delivery was shown as 30th July 2020. Its 2nd of August 2020 and still the rakhi has not been delivered.If we track the order it shows as in transit from past 5 days no progress made.When I tried calling customer care they say we are transferring your call to aur executive and the sound starts playing but the call is not transferred , I was on line for 10 mins and the call got cut automatically no response received.Also the customer care number is not toll free , your phone balance will be deducted even for waiting on line for the call to be transferred to the executive.Pathetic customer care service.

I ordered for a box of pink special roses for my wifes birthday. I got a call from the admin team to place the order and I asked for freshness of the flowers. They confirmed it will be super fresh. But I received the worst product ever. I paid 1500 for stall 25 pink roses to deliver. Worst experience ever.After this review they contacted me to apologize and give me a compensation. They sent me 12 red flowers which hardly fresh again and died the next day .Never order.

This website is so overpriced. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture. I ordered it for my dads birthday and I regretted it. However the website is easy to use and the delivery was on time. Overall wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience, wish i could have seen google review before ordering from this site. I ordered flowers and vase for my sister birthday and they gave first time very small vase which was not for the bouquet and second time they replaced it with the broken vase. When asked to change it . No reply from the customer care. I think it is better to go with trusted sites than order from this website.

I placed an order of flowers for my 87 year old grandmother.On the day, it hadnt arrived in selected slot so i called your helpline. I was told that receiver refused order.Just in case this was a communication issue i had you confirm the number and i even called my aunt to check. She told me she got no phone call and obviously she would not refuse flowers.Your helpline then told me that a male person picked up and said no. There are no men in that house, and the society secutity would not deny entry.I have no issue with delayed delivery, that happens. But why would you LIE.This is the second time this happend to me. Two out of three.Will never use again.

Now they are saying its not possible as it is far away from my place.The customer care has no clue what to do after listening to my query and simply disconnected the call. I selected delivery at midnight and received one day earlier evening, I tried to reaise complaint at service center then did not got any response just disconnecting call but no solution.
