My Sister had Given me surprise on my birthday yest 27/11 thru this app for musical cake . Amazing experience . Amos and his partner called up before coming and asked. If am avaible I was wondering earlier and when they came with guitar and cake !!! And started with melodious tune. And voice. Birthday music and then song also they sang latest songs. That made us all dance too ! Thumbs up and. God bless for their work . Good keep it up .

We ordered cake for a event, they almost made a copy of what we sent in a picture. Even the flavour of the cake was amazing, our clients also commented about the design and freshness of the cake. Just be careful with the pricing. Staff acts smart by not disclosing wrapping cost of bouquet. Which FYI is 75% of the cost of flowers

I booked a cake for my wifes birthday but was disappointed when found a cake with a name written of somebody else.

Isaac and Chingtham are two adorable souls and equally good artists... They called to ask the time when they needed to be present with the bouquet and the song... As it was a birthday night so they had to come at 12... They came at 12 even if it was late for them and played for more than the decided time.. music is their passion and it shows... It was a unique surprise and my fiance loved it. They totally changed the mood of the whole party and stilled in everyone the hidden bathroom singer skills... so overall great value for money .. an amazing experience.

If google allowed minus stars, Then I will definitely give highest minus stars, Too much disappointed by their services, those delivery says we will deliver by 6 to 9 PM , they start their delivery at 9: 00 PM, the delivery boy is 2 KM away and cancelled delivery due to some misunderstanding in address, and when I request for refund, then they said we will not refund if delivery was attempted, It cost me 950 rs without any cake and flowers.. Very much minded business they are doing. I suggest please order by zomato, zomato delivery boys are good at time as well in finding address and if product is not delivered then they will refund back too, not like F&P..Please never ever waste your money in F&P s products.

I had ordered a bouquet today from this place and was completely disappointed with the value they give for the price paid. I had gone to this place last week and was happy with the bouquet they made and owner of this place was there at that time. Today an employee of his was there and that made hell lot of difference. He dint even know to make a proper bouquet even after charging Rs 1000/- Recommended only if the owner is there in the store else dont waste your time and money.

It was a very awesome surprise and well coordinated where the guitarist came along with the cake and flowers and all the other goodies at stroke of midnight. He played happy birthday and two more romantic songs that were my choice. Since I had specially recommended a female voice the owner of ferns n petals Joyce had specially made sure that there was a female singer. My husband was very happy and I was really pleased with the whole thing so very well choreographed. Thank a tons ferns and petals. You have given us the best of memories. Words are not enough to thank your staff to give such a dream come true touch.

I had ordered a gift for my husband on his birthday as I wasnt around to wish him personally. The delivery time was from 9am to 9pm. My husband was leaving for work at 5pm hence, I called the Viman Nagar store and requested to get the delivery done before he leaves for work. **** Never order via FERNS N PETALS, pathetic service ****The delivery was for a birthday cake from the Viman nagar branch in Chandan nagar area. The delivery person came at 10:35 pm in an Auto rickshaw. His reason for delay was he was not given the delivery routes properly and is doing deliveries from 6 pm onwards. He had the cake with him since 6 pm, by the time it was delivered to me the chocolate had already started melting. What a professionalism for a Birthday cake delivery. Viman nagar till Chandan nagar distance is 10-15 minutes’ maximum.I asked the delivery person to call the owner Maria Joyce Furtado since she had promised they have the delivery time until 09:00 pm. The best part was the owner was not even courteous and not at all professional when talking with a customer on his birthday. She gave a reason that they had many orders hence the delay, then why are they even running a Franchise??? She did not even listen up about the cake being melted and hung up the phone.

The delivery executives are very rude. Did not deliver to the address instead asked to come to a close by point to collect the delivery. I posted a complaint on their site and they closed the complaint with an automated apology note. The flowers they delivered were dirty and not even washed properly.
