REFUSED TO GIVE ME PACKED CAKES BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE RS 10 CHANGE!I have been here a few times before and it has been alright. I went here yesterday to get a couple pastries. The guy working there had some of his friends over and they were all in their phones and he couldnt care less to attend a customer.After a lot of struggle he packed a couple and then could not give me them because he did not have Rs 10 change! If he takes his head out of his phone he might realize that there are 3 more cake shops right next to this one.

Non-professionals, WORST Baker, PRICES are as HIGH as anyone else. Ordered This month , time delivery but the topping was NOT AS PER ORDER. And tastes like FEW WEEKS OLDER ... Stale... Crumbly... Falling apart.... Dry... And hardly any taste other than SUGAR... Suggests: DONT EVEN SPEND A SINGLE PENNY ON THEM...

Exceptional Design and unparalleled service. Bought a cake for my younger daughter for her 1st birthday but my elder daughter spoiled the cake. Did call Chocolate Biclate, they sent the guy who collected the cake made it perfect and redelivered without charging a single penny. absolute amazing gesture!

Just had chocolate cake. Very average and much below expectations 😟Given a choice, will not visit again.

Cakes are good but the service is pathetic. I made a mistake of ordering cake for my sons birthday. The cake was ready 5 hours past the promised time. By then the party was over and these guys were just not ready to accept their mistake. Also the decoration was a big mess. Also didnt provide me the receipt ! And they dont accept credit cards !

This review is for Chocolate Bichlate Aundh branch.We wanted something special for our kid on his 4th birthday and we were skeptical on who would help us make a good cake for him.We went to this guy called Samadhan and he really helped us decide what can be made in cream and what can be made in fondant...We suppied him many designs and he helped us make one really nice , beautiful and tasty too..Ofcourse some ppl dont like colors as it sticks to your hands while eating but that should be ok considering the vivid designs we want...Above all when other brands and shops are reluctant to go outside their design book or try something new, this guy really made efforts to patiently listen and understand what we wanted...Delivery was on time..We took take from him last year and this year..we would be buying next year too..Thanks Samadhan..i cant add the cake design here..sorry..
