One of the best places and brands for apparel shopping in my opinion. Really economical and full of variety as well. Aat least entry in the shop is must for any middle class we upper middle class as well.

Not recommended to buy anything as below reason -1-Without mobile number they dont do billing and you cant purchase anything.So privacy concern wont be considered.Once they get your mobile they will will send unwanted call and sms.2-Entry(Parking) fee rs Rs. 50 will be charged and they dont refund even if you purchase anything by providing mobile also.3- Refund policy is worst as they dont refund cash. You can only exchange whether defected item or not doesnt matter.Overall worst management and experience.

I love this store to buy kids apparel. Max has cool variety of cloths for the kids right from few months till 10-12 years.Quality along with variety is absolutely marvelous combination at Max.It never happened that i didnt find what i was looking for. Good stuff!

This store has one of the best coustomer service. Great collection of clothes at best price. Very presentable. Great discounts and one of the best return policy. Fast checkout . Bags should be provided for free by the store for which they charge presently. Good shopping experience overall.

Not good exprience with max at billing counter was not understanding where all people should wait for billing i changed my counter 3 times bcoz staff was not asking costumer to keep socail distance & costumer coming in que in between then to they were taking those costumers bill 1st it took an 1 hrs time to reach at billing counter so plz avoid its to visit MAX store in AUNDH WESTEND MALL DUE TO COVID RULES are not followed .....

For trial experience.Whats the connection between covid 19 and keeping trials closed?Why dont the company keeps the outlet shut if its so covid conscious.

One of the best stores in terms of quality and cost. I purchased few t shirts for my 4 year son and the cost was between 169 to 350 and decent stuff. My wifes clothes or rather dress was very good in quality and was 1300. Jeans too were reasonably priced. Good experience.

Lot of options for ladies and kids wear in both traditional and casual wear. Prices are not too high. However there was hardly anything for men collection especially in formal wear. Good place to shop for ladies and kids.

We did shopping on 10th October from max westend mall,Aundh, pune and they told me that you will get bill in whatsapp, it being more than 48 hours, havent recieved bill. Poor Service. Go to fbb or pantaloon

I like max a lot for shopping for my kids. I get latest trends and a lot of discount as well in the season. Just that the line to pay is always so big, they should explore to either keep more counters for payment or they should have fast turn around time for customers. Especially in sale season the crowd becomes maddening.

The staff is adequately knowledgeable but a bit careless. The collection is also adequate. I wish they made seating arrangements for people to sit and wait while their partners/companions shopped. The staff does not pester you to make a purchase. The shop opens at around 10:00 a.m.
