Perfect service point for your bike, with reasonable cost no extra charge no rush perfect work and worth paying each penny.

I paid more for the service which included petrol tank cleaning which I never heard & did till date. They were suggesting to go for it even though I fill best Petrol. I have requested many times to polish rusty patches on guard which is very easy to clean with simple polish paper. But they didnt do it at all.

I recommend Garage2Ghar to anyone who is looking for their vehicle servicing but due to any reason, cannot step out. They are very professional, very helpful people. Mohit and one more lady helped me from pickup, whole servicing till drop.Price is not high nor low. You can expect it competitive with the outside market but they are saviour of your time and efforts.

Update:Garage 2 ghar called promptly and fixed the locks for my Bajaj Avenger 220cc for Rs 1288.As I have said below, would use the service again.Old note:Mudguard change was not done due to unavailability of silver mudguard for avenger. Not expecting Garage2Ghar to have all spare parts, but it could not procured it from Bajaj service centers and got it done.Key and lock replacement also not done for 6 days after delivery.Battery replacement was good. But bad keys are draining batteries again, since lights remain on unless key is moved carefully.Servicing is done, but doesnt feel smooth like i felt when i got it from original Bajaj service centers. Paid about Rs 6000 for servicing, battery, one mirror and one indicator. Pricing maybe reasonable.But probably because of the mudguard noise, i am not feeling the smoothness post servicing like we usually do post servicing. Washing effect was also gone due to rains.Reminded garage2ghar to get key/lock things fixed for past 2 days. But no date/time/plan communicated even after followups.Will have to probably get it done myself.Liked the concept of garage to ghar though. Looks like it will mature in the next few months.My personal experience was not great, but others can try. Its worth a shot.

I have availed the service 7-8 times now for my bike as well as scooty, everytime the service done was brilliant, no problem ever faced and my vehicle run very smoothly after each service. Do Not Fall in Trap.. again saying Do Not Fall in Trap..recently had Bike servicing experience with them.. which cost me more than 3x amount instead of initial 399They will behave very professionally till the mechanic arrives at your place and then they will start calculating many other stuff which I didn’t even hear and not necessary for bike and tell you the amount between 300 - 900/- for each part so you may agree and there bills go up but if you deny…Then after taking to garage they will add additional services to Invoices and when you call again for delivery they will ask for some urgently required services like tyre, petrol etc which you have to agree and thats how your bill goes from 499 + 250 + 700 because you can’t see anything or photo of any other vehicle is easily available so they will send you that.. so your basic servicing with pick and drop becomes Huge amount and you start felting like cheated which is absolutely right.. go through review you will get these minor point and a big customer frauding scheme.And trust me they are just looting you nothing else.. don’t be lazy go to nearby mechanic and get it done in 550 only including oil… and beware from Garage 2 Ghar…Also pick and drop is nothing they will just drive the vehicle not pick it in a van or so…which will puncture your tyre without reason and they will fit new tube and gain charge you

I got my bike(Hornet 160) serviced from them. They came on time and got my bike as they promised.The bike was serviced at the same day. They offer pick and drop.My bike after servicing had brake issues which i mentioned back to the person called Mohit. He was very calm and promised me to get that sorted. 1st time in feb i had replaced battery and done other service repairs.in june I had starter problems they charged 2.5k. according to estimates they replaced all things causing that problem. battery is still in guarantee.after the repair bike was not starting.Update :they contacted me and fixed the bike, without any additional charges.happy with service.

Khan did a great job on my KTM Duke 200. When I rode the bike after the servicing was done I could feel the raw power, pickup has improved, There is smoothness with shifting gears, better braking to add to it. The servicing cost was reasonable and most important part was the servicing was done on time.I have got my bike servicing done from from KTM service centres in the past and I have been disappointed every single time.I would highly recommend Garage 2 Ghar.Good Luck!

Today , my Royal Enfield Thunderbird was serviced at Baner and Happy to share my experience was excellent.Mechanics were understandable and they know exact bond we have with our bike. A note I want to put forward to garage2ghar is when mechanics opens parts of bike they should keep in container so that no scratches would take place .

The service was done nicely. There was a lot of work that was needed as the bike was not at all used for several months. Ranjeet towed my bike to the service station in late noon, did the service and dropped on the same day as promised even though it was 10pm. Tried Garage2Ghar for the first time and it was worth the shot, was really promising. I’ll be happy to get the next servicing done by Garage2Ghar.

Average service station. Honda Activa Service at ₹ 471/- was estimated amount however, the actual repair cost went on to 2300/- and inspite of paying that I did find any smoothness in the ride after service, except the clutch and brakes tightened up. Even the accelerator was not smooth or prompt enough. Highly disappointed. Considered Garage 2 Ghar based on its reviews though.. :-|The next day I got a call from G2G for issues I had with the service. On explaining them they were prompt enough to pick up the vehicle again and addressed all the issues. Must say they are thorough professionals. I was easily able to make out the difference in my Activa. Being said that will have to update the ratings from 3 to 5 stars for addressing customer issues promptly and professionally.. Repair Person : Nawaj Patel - Exceptional Service , very polite and delivered the vehicle as promised .Fantastic service provided by the team . Vehicle picked up prompty after raising request and was delivered much before committed time . All issues addressed and the scooter feels like it has just come out of showroom . Cheap service, mechanic change all my original screws with his cheap screws which are no match with my scooter. And now I realise 2 screws connected to my signal light are visible and too long. I have never seems such. Cheap tricks happening. Never recommend this service to anyone.03/11/2020i just discussed with CSR from garage to Ghar, and he was very helpful and talking about changing the screws it was not done by mechanic, it was done before by someone else, which i was not aware of, this was rectified when CSR send me the picks of which was before servicing and he even took care of my bike issues , hence no issues as of now and i think every thing is good to go. and good support by CSR.do not mind recommending others.

Although there was some communication gap faced during the execution of my bikes servicing (during the bikes pickup from home), I will go with 5 stars for the customer centric approach that this business works with. Its commendable. The owners and mechanics were driven to give quality service with no hassels. In terms of the quality of work its top notch. I was fully satisfied with the servicing and other small fixes. Highly recommended.

I have called them at 20:30 and they were happy to help. Mechanic came at around 21:15 and took his time to fix the issues. He was not in hurry even though it was 22:15.Very good service. I recommend garage2ghar

I have recently had my car serviced here as well as having a couple of warranty repairs and a set of new tyres. On each visit I received impeccable service from each member of staff. When called they asked me if they can book appointment for next day. They cut your phone without listening if you dont agree.The business model is good but can only work if they are serious which doesnt seems to be the case.

Service charge mentioned on website is different than what they billed you for. Mileage is decreased as compared to what it was before servicing. And thats what bit more shocking than the charge. Hopefully someone will look into this and get back with good option. Not a fan nor a promoter

The person I spoke with to book appointment was genuinely trying to accommodate the service despite of one no-show by their mechanic at scheduled time. A different mechanic was assigned at a later time who took my vehicle for service. Overall, I am not satisfied because:1) The rear brake plate was changed because the brakes were lose and not precise. Post change the rear brakes are same. On top of it, now when I brake at slow speed, it makes a weird noise.2) If I have to stop for a second, the engine stops. I have to start the bike over an over again.3) EDIT: Less than a month later, my bike needs a second service because now it simply stopped responding to self-start. Although I am not 100% sure if this is related to the previous service because the issue has begun now.I have been using this vehicle since 3 years and till date numerous services are done. Not even once I faced such issues.Hence, overall, I am not satisfied. I am sure if I had complained they would offer to fix the issues, but I have no time and trust to hand over my vehicle again.

Best place for two stroke restoration and modifications. Khan Bhai sorted all the work out in a day and had my bike running great in just a few hours.

It has been 5 years for me in Pune, I have never seen such amazing customer centric service by any automobile garage here. I found this garage few months before only but believe me even if my bike gets worse at any place in pune, I call them only. They will come just to pick up your bike, it doesnt even matter where you are - This thing you would not find anywhere. Aniz Khan is the technician there, he is just awesome. He knows subtle problem of your bike, which you wont even think of. And, like you, even I am just fed up of those cheap local automobile garages who have no idea of how to repair a bike. I have serviced my vehicle twice from these guys. Once Karizma and then Activa.Earlier I wasnt really sure about giving a vehicle without seeing a garage but a friend of mine got his Thunderbird serviced from them and he was quite happy with the service.My overall experience was good both the times and prices are also moderate.The quality for work is great and everyone of them is very polite and good spoken.

I was initially hesitant to rely on Garage2ghar but i was fed up by Bajajs Service Centers pathetic service. Despite of telling them the issues with my Pulsar 200 NS, they wouldnt do anything to resolve it just keep on charging for parts. I contacted Garage2ghar and they assigned Naushad from Viman Nagar to work on my bike. After 2-3 years, i feel my bike has been properly repaired and am very happy with the service. I will come back to them the next time my bikes servicing is due.To all the guys like me who are hesitant or doused with skepticism about relying on a third party service, Garage2ghar will definitely not let you down.They have an app available in the store which can be used to keep track of the servicing. Dont thrust these guys. When I called for doorstep service, they insisted to get it serviced at their garage. Then pick up happened on time but I was shocked to see the bill. They charged 400/- for service which was discussed and OK. They did not bother to call me for any further work and directly asked me to pay 900/- 3 types of oil changes, some rubber part replacement without any quotation. Avoid getting bike serviced here.

One of the best services in pune.My KTM Rc390 was totally breakdown.These guys picked the bike from mylocation and serviced it very greatly.Especially Anis Ansari have good knowledge about such bikes.The rates were reasonable.Hence, I prefer garage2ghar over ktm service centre.
