I am giving 3 stars because I think there is little customer service issue. In Covid times, timing for shops was upto 4 pm, but to wrap everything till 4, they stop selling at 3.30 only. I went there at 3.15 and viewed some gift items, then I was waiting for someone, so that they will have a look & we finalize then guessing showroom is open till 4. Suddenly at 3.30 staff starts wrap everything & going down..at this point, staff should actually inform customer waiting in front them that we will be closing at 3.30..if you want to buy anything, do it before 3.30. When I asked for the same..they replied we are closed now..come tomorrow, system closes at 3.30 etc.. I was amazed. May be they have put notice , I didnt see..but atleast they should tell customer.
