Nice stay here. But, no strict rules or hospitality compared with other five star hotels. In public washrooms of hotels, there was no tissues at wash basin, we have sufferred for drinking water at our conference of 2 days in ball room. First they have filled up two tables full of 200 ml water bottles and then after a few hours when the bottles were finished, they didnt kept any new bottles and most of the people have to rush all around for water. Food was great. The non-vegetarian food wasnt that much tasty(for buffet) the main door in front of reception was locked in night.

Location is good. Some of the rooms could use some touching up, was staying in a club room and it definitely needed it. The restaurant staff was a bit overwhelmed with the inflow of guests. Its a favorite venue for weddings and such, so at times you can have large number of guests together. Food was good though. Overall not bad, just keep your expectations real. Also understand the hotels are in recovery after the covid shutdown.

Perfect location if looking for a stay around Baner/Balewadi area.Perfect value for money in a luxury stay.Not much to explore beyond the pool area inside the hotel itself.Rooms with bathtub available.Dinner / breakfast spread good and quality.Nearby restaurants/cafe look available in the area, so shouldnt be a problem even if booked just for stay.Only problem looks to be the sheer number of visitors, one wedding function was in progress on Sunday and breakfast is served in restaurants only which were full, had to wait some time for the table to be allocated, staffs were helpful to arrange it by coordinating with other guests.Suggestion will be to utilise other areas on the lobby floor to arrange for breakfast.

Wanted to give this 0 star.. pathetic service. On the first day ordered paneer tikka wrap but was served chicken tikka. Being a vegetarian this was first set back. They apologized and asked to give them 1 chance, so during dinner we went to the hotels restaurant. In the brownie there was a sharp piece of plastic, thank God I saw it. Ordered mineral water nxt day and they took 1 hr and 3 calls to give it to the room. The server said Upper ka order nahi tha itne time isliye late ho gaya and was also asking to pay him without bill. We were without water for an hour. The tea also took 1 hr and 2 calls to get delivered in the room. Make sure you double check the food that is served to you, especially if you are vegetarian. Poor service, worst room service. Had stressful weekend instead of relaxation.

Experience was Bad. Improper Staff Management. Server is down all the time. No respect of Queue or time of people. I was allotted room which was not cleaned (check-in at 2 PM), later it was changed. and all most of the 5 stars allow outside food, but not at Orchid. The in room dining food was pathetic, cold and improperly served. The sides for a Biryani were served on asking for it. At Checkout again, the front desk was engrossed in no queue management and I was made to stand to let a check-in guest be of priority.

The facility is huge, but from the main gate, to the reception to the restaurant and to rooms the service is mediocre.You can sense the frustration even in the employees here. In fact, during breakfast I even over heard an employee telling the other, I wasted my 3years here and I want to resign.This place could be excellent, but sadly some spark is missing.The food is good, the space is excellent and they have room to grow and be premium.There was no one to check my temperature or do a security check or open the door at the lobby door, the security seemed to be busy amongst themselves.Its on the highway and easy to access and get to the city also.Overall I think its good but can be improved, I feel like it has to do with the management of the hotel.

We had arranged a family get together. The staff was cordial and the food was finger licking good. Covid protocols followed but there is slight scope of improvement. The team arranged our opted venue per our liking. Pretty satisfied with overall arrangements.

The rooms are quite spacious and checkin and checkouts are super fast! The room is well maintained. I had only a single night stay at the hotel very recently on a business trip and it was worth every Penny!Even during covid times they had taken very good precautions for all the customers!The only thing that need to be improved is the attentiveness of restaurant staffs. They barely look at customers and serve them!

Average stay.Need to improve there centralised air conditioner in rooms. Rooms are pretty much clean but need to do improvement in bath room and other equipments.Breakfast and dinner is very very good

The place is great in terms of location.. the rooms are of a decent dimensions with all amenities... The hotel offers restaurant and in-room dining (till 3 am)... All cashless modes of payment accepted.. only deducting one star as the room allocation was extremely slow, although I had requested for an early check-in, we had to wait for some 45 mins before.we got the room key...

Stay at the Hotel very Nice, Good location very well connected to Mumbai Pune Highway.Hygienically very Good, Taste of Food is superb.*Room Service and Front Desk very Pathetic almost waited 2 hours to give order for food and too I had walked on reception to give my orders. Food order came 1 hours after ordering food. From 8.30pm to 11pm.Most important the Hotel Manager was not ready to meet due to poor service issues till the time of Check out.Not Attending calls by Front Desk may become dangerous if there is any emergency in room required specially if there single stay in room.This will impact Hotel Orchid customer Brand Loyalty.Hoping this is rectified as soon as possible.

Worst experience ever. The service was disgusting. Staff was not at all good and the hospitality was way too poor. Room service was not answering the call and we had to get food from the outside, can you imaging staying in a so claimed ‘5 STAR’ HOTEL and ordering ice and getting it after 30-40 minutes.Yeah, thats right we had to wait for like 30-40 minutes for it and on top of that the receptionist was like sir you have to pay extra for room service!I can go on and on about how pathetic their service was.Beware and be safe guys.They are a THUG!

Service I liked the most special thanks to Mr.Rushikesh I guess he is from in room dinning or a waiter. As I want food without garlic and onion 2-3 people said that all items contains both but no body offered me jaini food. He is the only one who offered me jaini food. Thanks to him. Really appreciated.

Was very happy with the lovely arrangements Chef Ranjan made for us at the restaurant. He ensured our special request for Biryani was served for lunch and also made a last minute cake order possible in 40 min! My family was extremely happy with the way we were taken care of and the delicious food. All items on the buffet were flavourful and delectable. Thank you Chef!

Its excellent, very good food and very good arrangements for check in and check out.but one one thing ie Corona, they are far behind.there are no hand sanitizers on entrance or in restaurants or in rooms.

Check In experience was disappointing. Apparently they won’t give you two keys for a room and is a system constraint. I spend 300 nights a year in a hotel and never heard that two keys isn’t a option. I asked for late checkout for one of the three rooms I am paying for and wola! The courtesy starts with negative notion. Rooms smell musty and unclean. The bell boy service was slow and had to be asked repeatedly for our bags to be sent to the room! The property overall seems like it isn’t maintained well.So… Overall a below average experience, feels like a adjustment and not a spend time for leisure. .

Good hotel, good rooms, decent food. But still a two star is due to poor service of the staff. Not ready to help with baby food. Called them and asked them to warm the baby food and they said outside food is not allowed. Asked them for a roti and they said its difficult to make the roti for the child seperately. Service very very poor. Rooms are big and clean.

Located on the Pune Bangalore highway, this is a perfect place for a stopover if you want to break journey or you want to have a good hotel without entering the interiors of Pune to avoid traffic. Check-in was a breeze, rooms are spacious, neat and comfortable. Food is delicious and our plan included buffet dinner and breakfast. Dinner spread was eloquent and food quality was moderate but delicious and hygienic. Overall a pleasant experience.

I wanna have a word regarding all this. I asked Hotel staff many times but staff told me Manager is not here. I asked staff to give me managers number. But staff denied. staff didnt gave me managers number also. Terrific Experience. Its a Useless Hotel with No Service at all.

Had been to this hotel for a 2-day event. Being a posh hotel, it met all of my expectations. The front desk could be sorted a bit, I reckon as Ive seen it get crowded.

The hotel is primely located, rooms are spacious & well kept, Management is good, but leakage in some rooms from the glass window, central AC cooling not up to the mark, passage leading to Banquet heavily leaking, banquet hall is great for functions uptp 300 people. Food needs major improvement. Jain food here is impossible to eat, very tasteless. Parking space is little far from entrance, lot of water accumulated before parking slot so difficult to walk. Overall an average experience. Can improve a lot.

Had a pleasant stay. Main highlight is the room itself which is very spacious. Plenty of room to move around. King size bed is comfy and cosy. Room temperature is maintained at a perfect level, felt no need to tinker around with settings. Bathroom has a bathtub, enhancing your stay.Another big pro is food. Supremely delicious and very good spread in lunch/dinner. Ala carte items are decently priced.Property is huge but is lacking upkeep in several places. Especially gardens are in a bad state. Although there is lot of space at their disposal theres not a lot to do around the premises. Swimming pool was closed due to covid restrictions.Cost wise its good. We got a package of ₹4k per night including brkfast and one meal. All in all a very positive experience. Place definitely deserves another visit.

The Restaurant Staff was a bit unfriendly. I had one year old kid with me wanted to take milk nd fruits in room to blend nd feed. The manager did give it but was acting as if he is doing big favour. Dear Orchid Pune All big hotels are more than happy to serve infants in the room.

Orchid baner Pune is well located property.it has all facilities like banquet halls for functions; restaurants etc. Ample parking. Food quality is reasonable. Service is bit slow. On the whole reasonably good experience.

It was a great experience staying over at the orchid , the ambience is too good , other facilities provided by them are excellent, the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from . The only issue that i faced was at reception we had only reserved a twin two single bed room ...wherein upon arrival we were told there were no such rooms available. We had to wait for 2 hrs before we got our room with a lot of arguements . Plz mention it in your hotel policy that rooms will be alloted basis the availability.

Strictly average. Things like self parking, broken fixtures, weird billing rules, etc. Dont give it a very 5 star hotel feels..

A birthday cake that was ordered 6 hours in advanced and charged right away was not ready at 12 am. Someone elses cake was given to us which was then taken back 5 minutes later. They made us wait till 1 am by saying that it will just be 5-10 more minutes, just to tell that the cake is not ready and the chef has gone home so it would not be possible to get a cake now and they would deliver the cake next morning, complimentary.I understand if the cake is not available due to some mix-up. But making patrons wait for an hour just to disappoint them again, on a birthday no less is not the hospitality I expected from Orchid.I appreciate the complimentary cake, but it does not make up for the spoilt experience.
