Sale staff not cooperative. They have attitude like they dont need customers. Flat sizes very small. As per flat size price are high. Unnecessary provided small gallerys which increases carpet area but not useful. Parking space is not sufficient as per 272 flats. It just like big chal. With same price you have many option and large area flats of same standard.
