Worst Builder. Worst Apartment. Worst services and to add this WORST TEAM. No accountability. People living without light in basement with most deadly and poisonous snakes wondering across society. To add to this the team is not bothered to entertain our complaints, not replying to even single mail written by many residents. No amenities for past 4 years. Gas Pipe Line has started rusting in just 2 years. Drainage Pipes started leaking leading to making the walls Dark Green..there are enough to be written.

I am the resident of kunal crimson B703.I purchased the flat in 2017.In the first month I have to face leakage problems Mr Amol try to seal the hair cracks but it was in vain. Next year same problem arised. So individually we contact a welknown water proofing company. They solved the problem.The company told that builder had not done water proofing at all.underneath of bathroom tile soil was observed by myself.Now new problem is ceiling of my flat is leaking. Water is dripping drop by drop.I requested the above flat owner803.But his ceiling is also dripping and he is arguing with me. He told that his flat is new and now he has no money from 6months. How he can pay money for waterproofing of both the sides(upper and lower ). There are chances of electric shock with wet wall.What type of construction is this without cement? If you are not paying attention then I will write a review with all the photographs of leakage in the society.

I am a resident of Kunal Aspiree. Construction is not of good quality. Water seepage started within a year and cracks started to appear. Due to poor design, drain water from top floors comes inside the apartment and damaged the wooden floor and when requested to repair the damage, Kunal Group doesn’t bother to reply. Every other day no water in flush, even for minor electrical maintenance issues or household issues, we had to mail them repeatedly but never got any response from them. Pathetic maintenance and totally unprofessional. Not at all recommended.

With complete disappointment , I would like to express my disregard on the quality and workmanship of my flat located in kunal belleza, Bavdhan Pune.There is a major seepage issue with the bathrooms and dry balcony causing issue with spoiling walls of passage, furniture of childrens bedroom and master bedroom. I have spent more than 50k to fix the seepage issue in less few years. This is complete unprofessional and best example of worst workmanship.For builder like Kunal Group, its really not sutiable for the brand they carry (I doubt about the brand now)Individula should expect atleast some peace of mind from all these issues atleast for 7-8 years if consumer is paying such heavy price.

One of worst quality of construction done by unqualified & unprofessional engineers. No support from builder post possession. Cheap quality of materials used for construction. Its a waste of hard earned money to buy any of their properties & you will regret for lifetime. They have the most hopeless engineers & plumbers who absolutely have no clue about anything.
