Hello All, This is to let you know that Builder GAGAN Properties is not good at all. They will delay your possession and they will reach out to you only for Money. Staff is not responsive, almost all the phone numbers used by Gagan Managers and other staff keep on changing time to time. I am facing very hard time managing fund and to pay loan as I bought A flat in Gagan Cefiro Project Undri on Loan, still they simply dont care. I request you not to buy any property with GAGAN.

I am booked on gagan cascade building, possion date is Dec. 2019 but still he is not given flat. Currently we have continued follow up, but he is not response proper.

If you are planning to go with Gagan, dont go.Worst, pathetic and lame afters sales service. They will reach out to you only for money or other wise how big your concern they wont care. And will never address your concerns. Promises made are never followed.If you are planning you can reach out to me once.

I have purchased a flat with Gagan Akanksha in Uruli Kanchan. This builder delayed the possession for 4 years and also promised that they will pay us the compensation caused by delay in possession by paying rent every month the delay is caused. I kept silent for years in hope that they will pay after possession. I got my flat possession late and the compensation is not paid. I have kept calling Daniel who is in charge now, he never received calls or replies to msgs. When we visit office they simply say there are no funds with the builder. If the builder has no fund to pay a single customer, how is he building flats for hundreds of other customers. There people are doing big frauds and building low quality flats. I would recommend never deal with them if possible.

Fraud Builder. Builder took 25 lac advance and later denied to give back money. After many police investigation the case is still pending.
