Sale damage products for customers.low price.after not given service

No value to customer money and time. I had purchased 2 items from Satara Road branch. They took money without checking stock. Now no stock is available since last 4-5 days. They called me to take money back. They even dont have time to talk with customer. They sold damaged piece without checking anything.If you want to purchase urgently, will not recommend this shop as service is not at all good. Please look for other Electronics shop.

Promised delivery of washing machine is maintained. Even not receiving calls.

The sales guy would promise the timeline and the delivery team would not follow the same... very frustrating conversations follow the delay... Bad experience 😡

Prices are high. The sales people will hide the discount offers from you and will justify the high prices by adding some unwanted accessories like bluetooth speakers (worth Rs. 400 on Amazon) claiming it to be worth 3000, or will say TV stands sold by online sellers are of low quality and this shop has high quality. In my case they charged me 28% GST saying that they have old stock even when govt has reduced GST by 10%. Later I came to know GST is not dependent on stock.Never ever buy anything from here.
