Shopkeeper is nice person and liked his behavior. I really liked the way he approached my requirement and gave solution accordingly without forcing and saying please buy this one please buy that one. I had ordered Sennheiser HD 350BT. They sent the product on time and during the products transit, followed-up on the order status for me. Professional and well-behaved individuals, they are. They also have a wide range of products and brands, which is great. Id definitely recommend the place as one of the best for getting the required sound system.

If someone is looking for quality sound products this store is a must visit. Staff is courteous and prompt in service. Though I am not sure of the genuineness of prices they offer.

This place is all noise no substance. They never have even basic priducts in store and everything needs to be made to order. Which is silly! Staff is arrogant and confused. The managers are the worst of the lot and treat you like you work for them. I had to buy a used mic from them at market price cause I needed one urgently.. when I expressed my dissatisfaction as a paying customer one of the managers said please dont give me all this attitude!!! Like I was his employee. Terrible overall experience

Amazing place. Being a nerd i loved this place. But this place sells only premium products so if youre not a big spender I wouldnt consider going in. I had a 5k budget for a BT speaker but I didnt have much options to choose from.So if youre into spending a good amount for quality products, this is the best place to be.

As per the discussion with store manager I came to know that they never keep sound systems for display of more capacity. They are authorized dealer of JBL but delivery of any product will take minimum 7 days of time after giving order.Staff and infra of store is quite good and attractive...

One of the worst experiences when I went to make a sales enquiry.The sales guy and other people at the reception had no courtesy watsoever to pay attention to clients coming in for a order. The sales guy rather speak on priority to his tempo guy. Sales person named Sumit had absolutely no manners or training to attend clients.Worst guidance a client can receive. They are out to sell you the costliest stuff they have inspite telling them clearly what the requirement and budget is.Call backs done previously have gone unanswered.
