Third class society very far from road better to stay in jungle

I have well being a resident of wisteria for more than 3 years ,the sight seeing maybe immense joyful,but the people living in society are not that friendly.

Worst building always water problem and Light problem and i suggest pls dont buy any flat from Shama builder

Good place live , pleasant environment and greenry all-around.Only problem with transportation and daily need accessibility.Anyway that is manageable if you have your own vehicle.

Good place quiet and peaceful. Away from busy life and hustle bustle of city life and pollution. Its rejuvenating to stay in place like this.

Beautiful society

Mostly families are living here.

Well its a lovely residential tower just 10 to 13 kms away from chinchwad & pimpri railway stations respectively, it is surrounded by a greenery n situated just 1000 mtr away from indriyani river, cold climate, fresh air with full of oxygen, amenities like gym, solar system, 24 hrs security n childrens play garden are the main features, besides is acedimic school, patilnagar is a beautiful place to invest in residential flats as so many projects are commencing its a good investment for the near future specially at reasonable rates away from the chaoes of the city

Well maintained clean society. One lift breakdown. Society members are fortunate enough to stay away from polluted city life.Security, parking no concerns at all. Shoe stands in front of every door is not good picture to look at .Approach road from Dehu Alandi is big concern.
