Best view from C building from top floor

Been there for few days, more or less it is nice place to live, my friends are living there from last three years n the only complaint i heard is they dont allow bachelors to use gym. Security guards are active, Parking is quit conjusted, clear n maintained neighbourhood, fresh air, frequent powercuts, no backup.This was the view from my bedroom (my friends) how can i hate that Appartment.

I have visit first time

Had lived in West One Society for almost an year. The society is good but there are no parks for people to spend time peacefully. Just one park for kids and tenants are not allowed inside it. Only owners kids are allowed. Atleast when I lived there, I was told so when I and my roommates went to the park. And not much of parking space also. If your owner have not acquired a parking lot then you have to park your vehicle outside.

12 floors Apartment with good Crowd

This place is good and near to Wakad bridge . However the area the the place is reached through is small road. Near public transportation is available. Its seems safe and convenient for family’s . Flats are small and cheaper than usual. Surrounding is good . Prime location . Recommended for Family’s .

Good and cheap to stay place...near to hinjewadi main road

Very nice apartment. Nice play to stay. 24*7 water supply is there. Electricity problem is very less as compared to Wakad. Near by good restaurants and get transportation just outside the road which leads to the Apartment.

I will not advise to buy. I am already holding a flat here. It will take 4-5 years to develop. No cleanliness. Builder is not entertain once flat sold. We experienced lot of issues with them.When we complain about door quality to builder peoples they are teaching us and arguing insanely.

I am living here since one year. Nice place, but people of society are reserved and doesnt welcome bachelors much as well the manager of society is non supportive.

Only problem my friends faced there was Drinking water problem during summer. And also Parking they dont have parking arrangements for you visitors. Small area of parking for residents.

Very good housing siciety in Wakad Hinjawadi

West One Apt is a nice building with great amenities but it is located a little inside from Hinjewadi Road. But it is better to opt for this than going to Wakad or farther places. There is no gym and other facilities.Bachelors may face some issues from society people which is there all over Pune.

After Hinjewadi chowk... proper pavement is not there...Neat and Clean building...Parking space...No such disturbance of noise of vehicles...View is good...

Spacious society bit on the of road

Never take the Flat Number 503 of west one society. The flat owners didnt returned our deposit. Not even a single penny from 44K and now they are saying we already given back the deposit. This is really not fair. We will charge a complaint and my personal opinion is never take that flat. They are the worst flat owners.Plus the road going through the society is very bad, infect its not a road btw. Worst society, worst experience.

Its a good society with all modern amenities and well built infrastructure.
