This society is the best place where one can live as the rent costs can be afforded by anyone and the maintenance for house owners is very low and the neighbours are also very good and helpful in all situations and are cooperative

Its a good society. The people here are good and cooperative . Though the swimming pool is closed for years but still the gardens are well maintained and beautiful.The society is huge and has broad roads which is not seen in todays date.

Calm, peaceful, lush and serene. Amanora mall, Noble Hospital, JSPM college, utility marts, shop vendors- all of them are at arms reach. Yet if the flats do feel small, then you should consider moving on. Else, welcome home!

Good residential complex near Hadapsar Gadital. It is a gated community complex with range of flats.

Society is properly managed by elected presidents, like garbage disposal, lift maintenance, cultural events & programs during Ganesh chathurthi, ground to play cricket, volleyball, benches to sit & talk

Average society, bit old one, maintained property but the structure is not so appealing. Good option for people with average requirement & work in magarpatta city.

Owner and broker both are disgusting. Idiots live here. Breaks deal at their willThey will confirm deal with you but when you go for final deal, they probably have completed the deal with another person.

Back entrance is exit only. Need to go all the way to front gate. Very narrow lane in front of society for car. No visitor parking, poor speed breakers.Highly over priced depending on the flat quality and location.

Sundar Sankul society apartment is very near to Magarpatta IT hub hadapsar. Parking available and all kind of communication nd connectivity near by.Opposite to Sundar Akash society.Few pics of this society road in morning. Beautiful and peaceful.

We are staying besides of this place.. silent place.they organize different programs on ganpati occasion..enjoys evry occasionBig society. Also temple is there..clean and neet..they people celebrate diwali occasion together. Good place to stay

I am in sundar sankul,near Dominos,Magarpatta road, around one and half year (august 2014 to oct 2015) throughout this period sever water problem for entire day water will come from morning 6am to 9am,then you have to wait till next day, its like hell over there.Dont waste money and you will feel like thirst for water in desertIf you wont trust ask the security persons/ gate keepersAnd minimum apartment rent they are charging for 1bhk 11,500 to 13000(if wardrobes).the only advantage is near to magarpatta how are working over there apart from no other advantages.And I face problem with pune stupid brokers they will say no water problem at all for their brokerageeven they wont ready to negotiate with owner always they wanna to increase more rent for their brokerage (one month brokerage) and they will collect from tenant.I observed in pune max of owners will trust brokers not tenant even if you call owner they will give you broker number to discuss.
