I was residing in this society for 7 years. The society is nice calm and affordable. I had to move out as the owner had to sell the flat. 24 hrs water supply well maintained society in terms of cleaning sanitization and garbage collection. Also the security is strict to avoid in terms of allowing deliveries and un identified people from entering the society.

Good society! Comprises of 4 buildings back to back, amenities at the end of the 4 buildings. Will be on the new road connecting balewadi to aundh. Good returns on investment. Opposite to Kunal aspire society. Flats are also good and spacious. Lifts are awesome and lobbies are decorative.overall a nice society in mid range!

Good Society. The flat structure is good, very spacious. Bit expensive though. Also finishing quality of flats is jot up to the mark.

This complex is very well organized society with very wonderful swimming tank n wonderful landscaping, good playground for kids.

Newly built residential society, although it is far from the main road, yet a good place to dwell in balewadi. Near to balewadi High Street, Baner and away from the traffic. Flats are good, security is nice, parking is not congested.
